Anytime I have an issue the front office is always quick and eager to help. I’ve had my most encounters with Tessa she is always ready to help and easy to talk to. I’ve been at these apartments for about 9 months now and zero complaints, great place to live with friendly staff.

I have been a resident at The Green at Plum Creek in Kyle, Texas since January 2020. I'm not sure if it has been a stroke of luck I found this apartment complex while I was coming from out of State when I moved here, but now I'm more convinced it was divine providence in my case. Everyone who is employed at The Green at Plum Creek, working on our behalf, are incredible people. Maintenance is incredibly responsive, amenities galore..including a 24/7 Starbucks Coffee machine on site, beautiful Pool and Clubhouse, Community Events for residents at least 1-2 times per month. #1 Place to be on the 4th of July for Fireworks, Catered BBQ and so much more!!. Love living here and you will too.

Lived there for 3 years - only moved out when I bought a house. Very little noise from neighbors, which was super important to me. Maintenance staff are quick to respond, very nice, and able to fix issues quickly. Office staff are also very nice and helpful. Rent is a little on the higher side, but worth every penny.

From the moment I drove up to this complex I loved it, and since living here that love has only grown more. The property itself is stunning with the pool, the gym, the activity center/coffee room, mini golf green, the green space, and beautiful golf course view. The interior of the apartments are modern and beautiful and I love that the location is walkable to the shopping area next door with restaurants and businesses. Sarah, Kaleigh, Kacie, Tess y’all have made this place feel like home for me and my kids. Y’all’s bright smiles, welcoming energy, professionalism, and friendly demeanors make the customer service second to none. Elius, AJ, Clemente y’all keep this place beautifully kept, and I will have a hard time ever living on my own after being spoiled by the quick turnaround time on my maintenance requests. Adriana I hope I can clean like you one day, you keep this place in pristine condition, the facilities and gym smell amazing and you look gorgeous doing it all. Thanks so much the people who work here, y’all make this place cozy and I appreciate you so much. An extra special thanks to Tess for cleaning my favorite coffee machine every morning so I can have delicious lattes and my kids can have hot chocolates. I feel like I’m living at a resort here in a way, and with the chaos of everyday life I am so thankful to have my little personal sanctuary here at the Green at Plum Creek. Ive lived here in a 2 bedroom with a yard since September, and am looking forward to moving into a 3 bedroom here soon and living the good life another 15 months. If you’re unsure if you want to live here, I recommend 10/10!

As soon as I walked in the office it was warm and inviting!! I got the pleasure to tour with both Kacie and Tessa they were both very informative. Kacie was able to show me all the amazing amenities from the two gyms and putting area had to be my favorite things! Tessa was amazing once I told her what I was truly looking for she was able to point me to the perfect floor plan that worked best for me and my daughter!

The Green at Plum Creek is excellent. It’s one of those rare exceptions where you honestly can say nothing is bad. The grounds, landscaping, common areas, apartment hallways, clubhouse, pool area and exercise room are all kept spotless and well maintained. The fitness area is well equipped and always has bottled water and fresh towels. The club house is attractive and has complimentary coffee. On move in my apartment was pristine and clean. There is sufficient parking to assure that your vehicle is near your unit. If you do not want to go to the trash containers, valet service is offered overnight next to your apartment door. The staff are friendly and helpful. The complex is gated and safe. Since the rear of the complex faces the golf course and the left side of the complex is also partially on the course, you can be assured that another apartment won’t be build to crowd out the Green. All Kyle shopping, restaurants and entertainment are within a 5 - 10 minute drive. Great place to live!

I stayed there with my fiancé for a 15 month lease, and every month was fantastic. I never had a complaint (other than noisy upstairs neighbors). The staff was so nice and VERY personable.. to the point where they knew our names! Everyone was great there. The only thing, if I HAD to complain, is the parking situation. It can be very limited. But our experience here was GREAT!

We have lived here for almost 2 years and have had serious water damage three times. This is ridiculous, considering we are the first residents to live in this unit since it was built. The water damaged occurred once in the laundry room from the ceiling and twice from the exterior windows and doors. We have been sleeping on the living room floor for two weeks now due to the severity of the most recent water damage. We had to move all of our furniture out of our bedroom so the walls, ceiling, and floor can dry and be repaired. We have had sparse communication and never know when contractors or management will stop by to repair or assess damage. I understand they are busy repairing the 40-some damaged units, but a quick email notifying us of their arrival would be ideal.
