Property Ratings at The Grant
The neighborhood is very quiet and updated new everything. It is a central location 5 minutes 285 , 5 minutes I-20, 8 minutes to downtown and 75/85 ,maybe 2 minutes from zoo and grant park. I must say I absolutely love it here. Close to everything including airport.
The villas at grant park are in a quiet neighborhood but that is the only good thing about them. They are not well maintained and the grounds are not well maintained. It is next to impossible to get any thing fixed. If you say any thing they will evict you quickly. I do not recommend these apartments to any one. I moved to a better place. The pictures are misleading. Go and look for yourself.

Hello, we wanted to let you know that new management has taken over the property and they are addressing many of past issues residents have had. Feel free to stop by and check out the changes taking place. We'd love to show you around!
Excellent location, very quiet, near shopping and major park, plus priced perfectly!
My son and I really love staying here. The place is well maintained and the rental staff is very helpful and concerned with our well being. Sometimes being a single parents has its challenges but God has put us in a place that is secure with many opportunities because of location. The neighbors are awesome in my unit because the Landlord makes sure that the complex has a lot of peace and tranquility. I am very happy to be here at Villa Court Apartments!
