The staff is very helpful and nice!! I love my apartment it’s beautiful and the Manager went above and beyond to help me get my apartment in a timely manner.

I called to get info. Took 3 days in a row to finally get someone to answer the phone. The manager acted like she just woke from a nap, and I was bothering her. She never asked my name or f I wanted to come see the property. For the amount of money people are paying for this place, you need a manager that is helpful. I ended up renting at a different apartment complex in Grand Blanc. I sure hope this management company isn't paying her a lot of money.

Beautiful, Spacious Apartments with garages large enough to fit a car as well as storage items. The layouts are open and inviting with neutral color schemes and there is onsite maintenance, lawn and snow crews to take care of the repairs. A++

his place is probably one of the best complex around the area. They have a awesome staff because they are alway here to help. They keep the condo complex clean all the time. Its so quiet and peaceful cause they built the building where you can't really hear your neighbors unlike other places . I feel so secure in this place. In addition, The condos are so beautiful with all the granite marble and hard wood, making this place gorgeous . All I can say I love love this place!!!!!!!

We have been here for the last six months this reminds me of a place in Colorado is absolutely stunning , Me and my husband are both emergency room doctors the place is extremely quiet, the interior amenities of the granite, marble, wood and super large rooms are unbeatable we have a three bedroom with a den and we absolutely are in love with it I totally recommend this for anybody who’s moving into the area for an upscale living experience.

Very nice condos I’m impressed I never thought in this location you would have anything quite like this. They are absolutely beautiful super quiet I have lived here for a week my neighbors are great I work in the general motors proving ground and I want to write this if you’re thinking about leasing a condo I would not look any further.

Super nice super elegant love the hardwood floor and exquisite granite tops. It’s so classy that designed the color, we just rented a three bedroom and we have been here for two weeks, it is absolutely phenomenal. The staff is extremely helpful I would recommend this to anybody that is looking for a condo.

I am a medical student,I read the reviews on this property and I thought maybe they were exaggerating, but it’s an understatement to say the least these condos are absolutely gorgeous super quiet love the fact that you have your own entrance in your own garage. I am so happy that I made the choice to come and live here it is really an unbelievable place to stay, the management staff is top notch .

Great place to live! My husband and I have had great experiences living here the past two years, and just resigned . We are a doctor couple and like to keep to ourselves so in fact that the buildings are very quiet is a plus for us. We've had three maintenance issues since we've been here and they were taken care of within Hours. The office staff are so helpful to the point that you forget that you are living in a condo and not a 5 star hotel . The condo's themselves are so unbelievable GORGEOUS , the Quilty and workmanship is to die for the kitchens are bigger than my old house that was 3000 sq feet .If you are lucky enough to find an available unit then,I Highly Recommend This property !

We just moved in about a month ago this place is incredible the staff is super polite extremely eager to help maintenance is taken care of within minutes unbelievable. It’s like living in a luxury hotel , We are newlywed my husband is a doctor at the local hospital would love to go to the park next-door and run there is a huge group of doctors and neighbors leave at 6 o’clock in the morning either bikes or jog next-door to a beautiful park right next door. I love this place I talk to the other neighbors to see if they had similar experience they’ve all told me thumbs up

We are more than pleased with the condo and the staff. The condo is beautiful with new floors, cupboards and nice appliances. But the most important thing is the people who work here. They are quick to respond and always friendly and helpful.

Great condo complex, excellent staff and management. Good neighbors most if not all are medical , great location. The interior and amenities in the units are amazing. It's definitely one of the most beautiful places i have ever lived in. I am a new doctor coming from Boston this is nothing short of stunning, not to say I am 4 minuets from the hospital, the reviews don’t do it Justus. I recommend this any day of the week.

10/10 would recommend. My Family and I have lived here for 2 years it is absolutely great and we are renewing for 2 more years. The location is fantastic and the condo has so much space. After a long day it’s good to know all the snow that we had is gone all I have to do is spend time will my kids, the park next-door is awesome for Sledding and cross country skiing. Have my own entrance and my garage I feel like I’m in a five-star hotel every day, the maintenance guys are absolutely a dream come true they take care of problems or issues with an hours not months for days.

I am shocked, this place is nothing less then stunning. My husband is a physician at the local hospital that recommend this place, he just signed lease for anther year,it has been absolutely unbelievable experience the staff is amazing and lots of quality people live here. Maintenance issues are taken care of and less than one hour. ??

My family of 4 has lived here since November 2015. We absolutely love it here. There is more than enough space for our family, and the condo is gorgeous. On top of that Management is incredible. Any issues we have had have been taken care of within hours of reporting the issue. We also love our neighbors. All of our neighbors have been extremely friendly. If you are looking for a high end rental I highly recommend The Grand.

We have enjoyed our stay. Quiet and well built. We were comfortable have our family members visit. Even our dog has enjoyed walking the property. Access to 23/75 has been convenient for my wife an I. No surprises here!

It is as they say,very luxurious .We rented a three bedroom two full bath absolutely love condo . The trimwork is spectacular very very spacious I love that it is your own entrance ,issues are resolved within hours, highly recommend it
