The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Grand
Luxurious, modern, and thoughtfully maintained from top to bottom! A huge thank you to the front desk team, Rob and Caitlin, to the serviceman Mark, and the entire team at JCap Real Estate. From the managers to the owners, everyone has been consistently pleasant, professional, and helpful If you have the chance to live on the upper floor overlooking the river, take it — you won’t want to leave. The views of the sunset over the river are breathtaking. No pests. The unit itself has gorgeous exposed brick, sleek epoxy floors, and a quiet atmosphere with kind, respectful neighbors. It’s in a prime location downtown, walking distance to everything: Mayo Clinic, the farmers market, restaurants, and more. I wish I didn’t have to move (leaving for work), but I’ll always look back on this place as the gold standard. And the price? Very reasonable for what you get!
