The Grand at Westside Apartments

A beautiful apartment and beautiful grounds. The office staff are kind and knowledgeable and the maintenance is excellent here the pool is clean and refreshing. And I have to say it's pretty quiet here which is good for us.

Me encanta The Grand at Westside. Los apartamentos son sumamente cómodos, y las amenidades del complejo son muy atractivas. Es una comunidad muy tranquila y segura. Cuentan con personal además de accesible muy agradables todos y dispuestos siempre a dar la milla extra en pro de los residentes.

Living here is amazing. People treat you very well and the amenities are always well kept. I am glad we have been here for so long. Thank you!

Situated conveniently near shops, cafes, and public transit, the apartment community makes it easy to enjoy city life while still having a peaceful retreat to come home to.

Very great! Quiet, relaxing and comfortable place to live. The maintenance and office staff are very friendly and pleasant. The common areas are well maintained and the property is smoke-free.

The neighborhood is very convenient and the apartments are nice. The new Starbucks being built is very convenient . Neighbors can be kind but sometimes loud.

The neighborhood is quiet and nice. All the staff are very friendly and professional. The location is excellent; It feels like these lehis of the bustle but close to everything. 10/10.

It is very nice to live here, very quiet and with a good atmosphere. Public areas are always clean. I am very happy here. I would recommend it without hesitation to my friends or acquaintances.

It's a Calm and good place to live, the staff is awesome, polite and helpful. The pool and gym are a great added! As well as the ocational food truck visit

Best community I’ve been in so far! It’s very lovely, very comfy and just has that homey feeling. All the staff are great! they’re always thinking about us! keeping the community clean and beautiful, if there’s any emergencies or any repairs that need to be done in the apartments they’re very quick to resolve any issues and one of my favorites bringing in different food trucks. There’s a list of great things that have happened while living here and I can go on and on lol

For the most part it's been really good. Other than neighbors stomping on the ceiling it's okay the grounds are beautiful and well taken care of her which is pleasing to me.

We've just moved on to Westside and are really enjoying our bigger apartment with our balcony! The staff memebers are great and made our move-in process simple.

Its been great this past 2 years but unfortunately I had to make the hard decision to move due to job relocation. Its a great community and above all great staff. All I can add to this is that I will miss this place and that everything was so close to it.

I love how quick the office responds to emergency’s it stays very clean around the complex everyone is friendly never really had a problem with people being irresponsible

Excellent staff, all the staff are very friendly and the services are excellent too. The amenities are good but can be better. In general are excellent.

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment complex. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and major highways. The community is well-maintained, and the amenities such as the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse make living here even more enjoyable.

Very well been here for about three weeks so far can't complain. most importantly I feel safe in the area anyone would love to here don't regret it.

Living here has been a blessing to us. People are nice and it is very conveninent location. Ammenities are always clean and kept up. It is great!

The apartment complex is very quiet when trying to sleep, which is extremely important to me because I work overnights and sleep during the day.

The Grand is such a beautiful and safe place. All of the communal areas are very well kept and clean! The apartment itself is very spacious and newly renovated, which makes the apartment worth living in.

A beautiful place to live. Wonderful staff and maintenance. I love when they have the food trucks out here or the restaurant samples. I'm really lucky to have such good neighbors.

I’ve been here officially a year and I have to say it’s quiet, I love the pool, the people are nice and it has been great place to be with my daughter. We live in the middle t everything she likes.

There’s lots of storage room all throughout the apartment. Beautiful bathrooms and kitchen cabinets, all newly renovated. Quiet and safe area to live, everything you could need is nearby. I love it here!

Very quiet, peaceful, woodsy area. Beautiful spacious apartments with amazing amenities and pet friendly areas. Large pool and outdoor area.

The move in process was very easy. The apartment was clean when we got in and everything seemed to be in working order. The people at the front desk were also very nice to talk to and made everything super easy.

The Grand at Westside is a great place to live! Great central location to the rest of Orlando and beyond, great staff, and great amenities. We love being here!

We love living here. We had nothing but good experiences and the staff treat us really well all the time. I am glad we are staying for another year!

The Grand at Westside is a fun and convenient place to live. The staff is great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent because it is close to all major highways, shopping, and attractions.

I've been living here for about 9 months now and honestly, I have been enjoying my stay. Everyone here keeps to themselves and don't cause any issues.

Easy, smooth, transition. The front desk ladies were so helpful in a time that I was in a hurry to move. I am so thankful for this apartmebt. I do think it is overpriced for what it is.

The traffic in this area has become unbearable now. It was manageable at one point but after covid things changed completely. The apartments are good size; however, the rental cost isn't worth the size. The management are sweet and helpful, as well as the maintenance staff.

We came all the way from Jersey about 4 months ago and we Still feel like it was the Best decision to move into The Grand!!! We have Everything at our fingertips! We're staying healthy now thanks to their onsite gym, I can walk my cats safely around the complex and they even have food trucks that come to the lobby in case you don't feel like cooking that day! Not to mention the amount of restaurants you'll be surrounded with lol This place has it ALL! We love it here! ??????

Living here is pretty good. Quiet safe friendly residents. Maintained nice. Maintenance staff are really great. And my animals love to go to the dog park.

Honestly, an amazing place. I've never lived anywhere as nice and beautiful as this! Definitely worth living here! So many ammentaties and friends to make. It's a beautiful and safe place to take a stroll or just enjoy the whether.

Great area. Love that this complex has 4 bedrooms. Apartments are older and need a lot of updating. Amenities are good, but the price of the apartments are very high for being a little bit older and outdated.

Living hair is wonderful people everyone at the front office and in maintenance are very helpful when it comes to solving issues. They're also very kind when answering questions.

Moved in a week ago, so far so great! The community is clean, safe, and welcoming. The management is very sweet and accommodating. Service personnel are polite and efficient.
