getting here took a run around of a football field and the stuff i went through made no sense. i got a run around, the stupid ai they have that responds to people for them canceled my room for me without telling me, the people answering the phone either dont know what they're talking about or help you just enough until they close. good luck if you cant physically get to the place like the busy person i was. emails take forever to be responded too, and when i finally had time to make it to the office, they just made a few clicks and boom my lease was signed likr THATS ALL IT TOOK? WHY DIDNT YOU DO THAT BEFORE? plus when i finally moved in, communication was all out of wack. i was turning my cat into an emotional support animal and they didnt tell me that they accepted the edited form til i walked in thinking that they didnt and i would have to get another cashiers check(cause thats all they take?) very inconvenient. the paoers they gave me with information about the place have information telling me to get my own wifi and set uo my own sewer and water stuff tho im paying them for it? very confusing. my roomies thankfully told me and educated me on the wifi and stuff but why give me a oaoer on getting my own wifi if you supply wifi? all very confusing and stressful when it could have been more straightforward.
Very quiet neighborhood, management always available when needed. Well maintained property.
I would definitely recommend The Grand at Carolina Forest to anyone in need of an affordable and family/friendly environment.
I moved in three weeks ago, and for the price, everything is good. It’s truly great if you have the right roommates and the right room. The community offers plenty of relaxing views, including lakes, swimming pools, a gym, kids' area, and a dog area, all of which are included in the rent, which is fantastic.
The staff at The Grand has been nothing less than the most compassionate and capable individuals I have ever worked with. I feel safe here, and I'm eternally grateful to be a part of this community.
I am excited to have a great manager, front desk receptionists as well as wonderful maintenance staff. I am recently overwhelmed with the positive efforts of the staff.

Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at The Grand at Carolina Forest.
Not even sure were to start on this one but I am pretty sure they are not a legit company. on top of everything not working or breaking and falling apart all the time they will blame you for THEIR cheap build quality and upon move out slap you with massive fines. They have very shady business practices and are definitely hiding behind a cheap "friendly" façade that quickly fades away after you move in. PLEASE HEAD MY WARNING. YOUR WALLET AND STRESS LEVELS WILL THANK ME!
This apartment complex sucks. My roomate and I were very excited to move in on the move in day. Well, when we got to the apartment on that day... the leasing staff did not even have our keys/info ready for us to move in. We waited about an hour for them to get our information together, which should have already been completed, before we could even begin moving in. After waiting, we got to see our apartment for the first time. We were horrified when we were allowed to go in. The apartment was trashed, and they did not have anyone come clean before we got there. There were dirt and blood on the walls. There were also several holes in the wall. Our locks did not work on any of our doors. They replaced several window blinds. They also had to completely replace my roommates door because it had a huge hole in the middle of it. None of our appliances worked and they took forever to come and repair them. They had the painters in the apartment while we were moving in trying to cover the walls. The apartment reaked of the scent marijuana and they did nothing to try and fix it. The scent was so bad that we asked to be relocated to a new apartment and they told us no, we needed to deal with it. Our AC has also gone out several times and they take forever to come and fix it. One time in August, it was a Monday and it was 90 degrees outside. Our AC was broken and I sent in a work order. It was almost 100 degrees in our apartment. I called the office and told them it was an emergency, that we needed AC, but they said that I needed to be patient and maybe try to take a walk instead of just sitting in my apartment. I was infuriated, as it was so hot and we were being neglected. Also, they gave us the wrong mail box key and we could not accsess our mail. Well, they tried to give us a new key but they kept cutting the wrong ones. It took them 3 tries to get us our correct keys. They also claim that their amenities like the gym and computer lab are available for residents 24 hours a day, which is a lie. It is never open, and the printers in the computer lab never have ink or paper. The staff gets mad when you ask them to replace it for you. They also advertise that this is a safe, gated community but that is also far from the truth. The gates are ALWAYS broken and they never fix them. Anyone can get into the apartment, so it is in face not gated or safe for the residents.
The air conditioning unit stopped working every since Friday night . My roommate and I both put in multiple maintenance requests , we even called and left multiple messages for the emergency maintenance. It’s Sunday , 1:23 still HOT , with no air .
Highly recommend. Always tidy around the community, spacious living space, friendly staff, and beautiful colors that remind me of Charleston. Best apartment I’ve lived in by far. Thanks Bellamy staff!
Apartments are nice but every roommate I have gotten has either stolen stuff or has been crazy. Can never sleep because of loud music and security who lives here doesn’t do anything. Gates are always broken.
Bobby is super helpful, any time my dog gets lost he looks with me until we find it. The office staff always listens to your problems and laying out by the pool is very relaxing
You really need to ask about the available 2 bedroom units though. They don’t advertise them but for a tiny bit more than a 4 bedroom unit you set so much more!!!!! Love this place
