Worst management ever and they room you with randoms....also will send you to debt collections after you move out since they cant properly take you out of their system....horrible management
Do NOT move here! My son only lived here for 8 months and still had to pay for a 12-month lease. He was roomed with a guy who was making, selling and doing drugs in their apartment. We brought this to the attention of the management several times but nothing was ever done so for the last four months of my sons lease he could not even live in the apartment. They did finally offer to move my son but since nothing was done the first few times we made them aware of what was going on, we went ahead and moved my son out of the apartment totally. Also, a few months after moving in, my son and his other roommate had been held up at gunpoint in front of their apartment. This place is all about the money and they absolutely do NOT care about what is happening as long as they are making money. I was told by someone else the reason they will not kick out the guy who is making and selling the drugs is because they would lose money by not getting his rent money for the remainder of his Lease. So if you're okay with living in a place where you get held up at gunpoint and have to deal with taking a chance on getting charged with a felony bc you have a roommate who is making and selling drugs with your pots and pans (along with doing other criminal activities) then this might be the place for you!
Has been here for almost 2 years now and the apartment is great. It's big, has a lot if space and it's a friendly society
