      Rochester Hills is a fairly large suburban community roughly forty minutes north of Detroit. The city enjoys an exceptionally low crime rate, and the public schools earn excellent ratings. Large nature preserves like Bloomer Park give residents ample opportunities for sports, hiking, and biking. Oakland University on the west side of town is also full of great venues for folks to get outside and enjoy some fresh air, including Sharf Golf Course and Meadow Brook Amphitheatre. The close proximity to Detroit makes it easy for folks to get into the larger city for work or leisure.

      Very nice to live!

      I live in Village Green for more than 7 years. That’s such a nice place to live. Besides the apartment itself, Jack and his staff are just awesome. Their approach and way of dealing not only with the general situations that occur but principally with the residents are wonderful! Competent and respectful! Thank you a lot!!!

      Very nice units more like a kind of an apartment

      Very nice units more like a Condo than apartment,I’ve been here six years and I love living here, nice units inside and outside ,very homey looking, nice landscape , New property manager is very nice and he will make sure if you have any issue is being taken care of right away .

      Love this place..honest and affordable

      We had the BEST experience here with Saad. He was very kind, extremely honest and helpful. He knows his job very well and it shows! Great guy, great place to live. We are looking forward to moving in. Also, Saad was very honest when he explained pricing of each unit, what it all includes and amenities. If you find a place here you have 24 hours to decide before the prices could change. He explained all that and I was grateful to know that someone is honest and cares. Can't wait to live here!

      NICE PLACE TO LIVE!!!

      Village green is a great place to live. I have been living here for four years and the apartment have been comfortable, quiet, and updated. Extremely friendly and helpful office staff. Great maintenance team. This is a safe community and friendly!!!.

      Beautiful property and clubhouse. The units are updated and modern. The residents and staff are friendly. It's a great location with access to Rochester Hills schools.

      Gorgeous community and Excellent staff

      Recently toured here with Village Green. The staff in the office were all very nice. I was even introduced to the service team manager who was also very welcoming. The property was gorgeous filled with lots of flowers and has nice scenery with ponds, grilling stations, a playground, volleyball and tennis courts, pet stations, and a nice pool/jacuzzi area! The apartment was just what I was looking for it had stainless steel appliances with granite counters. They also have vinyl flooring in some apartments which looked very nice and clean. Very accommodating with my needs of what I was looking as I need a 1st-floor apartment for myself and my dog, being pet-friendly which was my main concern within my apartment search. I loved it all and cannot wait to finalize my move in this spring!

      Fabulous Staff and Beautiful Property

      Just receently moved to Rochester Hills and I am thrilled with my new apartment. The staff has been so welcoming and responsive to all my questions. The property is lovely and I love the upgrades and plank floors in my apartment.

      The staff is absolutely incompetent. If you do not have any issues when you are living there, then this is otherwise a nice place to live. I loved having a park with a path and a pond nearby and I love the clubhouse and pool. The place was nice enough, although very overpriced but I blame this on being in the Rochester Hills area code. The first year at village green was pleasant. I did not like the person who sold the apartment to me and my boyfriend, but there was no immediate harm done there. We had some small issues with electrical and had to call maintenance multiple times; the maintenance there was prompt and they always solved our issues in the end. The staff though and the neighbors... Lots of really trashy people. The worst was a family of 4 or 5 living in an apartment with an entry door near ours. While living there, village green began charging us for trash pick up even though we protested this. As this family began living there longer the trash they left outside would become disgusting. They never pulled their apartment issued bin inside despite the rules that they supposedly were to enforce. Every day there were bags of trash on both sides of their door. Near Christmas time there were about 4 bags and multiple boxes outside and another day where there were clothes that were previously in bags scattered everywhere. These were just the worst instances, and of course I complained the whole way. I would email 30 pictures multiple times to get no response. I would call and they would say they would take care of it. The best response I had was when I walked in and talked to someone in the clubhouse but the trash would get better for a week and then go back to how it was. This went on for an entire year before they finally moved (or were evicted?). That was way too long to put up with seeing trash every. single. day. There was more. We would hear the mother fighting with the father outside of their door (which was also outside our door). One day we came out to see the mother's car on cinder blocks right next to my car! It made me fear that my things were going to become damaged. Village green did nothing for us. We ALWAYS payed rent on time and barely called about any other issues. I will not live in another village green property and I am disappointed now 6 months later with how they have handled our mail situation. Do not live here if you want your money's worth.
