My experience has been very pleasant. It's safe, always smells good, has very good facilities, and the common room is the best I've seen in Nashville!
Best experience and seriously thinking about renewing lease. Highly recommend this apartment complex. Leasing office goes above and beyond for residents.
The elevator being out without communication is not great the trash situation isn’t great the place is kinda gross outside and inside the staff is nice but otherwise not the best

Absolutely horrible! Cockroaches in the hallway Trash everywhere dirty hallways, people not treating you like paying customer… Construction but no compensation, high price old amenities cold pool in the shadow Gym often full, dog park covered with poop very unhygienic
The apartment itself has been great along with amenities. It is in a great location of the North Gulch with great restaurants and things to do nearby. Although we've had some issues upon move in such as our apartment not being cleaned prior and discolored paint patches. The leasing office has not gotten back to us on any of our concerns related to that. Elevators and parking garage gates also broken a lot.
Amazing community very helpful staff, The location is also excellent. You can reach the highway easily and the city as well. apartment is well maintained and clean.
I'm so happy to live here. Technical service and leasin are always very helpful and friendly. Every problem has been solved quickly. I'm also satisfied with the apartment cleaning
Great location and staff. Building is older and needs some repairs. Pool only gets sun half of the day. Dog park is tiny. I love the neighborhood
We loved living here so far. We have enjoyed the events, the friends we have made, and enjoy having a nice space to live in! We think maintenance has been timely and enjoy engaging with the front desk staff. We do hope that the trash rooms will continue to be cleaned out, the doors will be fixed to remain locked and the gates will soon be fixed to ensure safety.
I have enjoyed living at the Gossett on Church so much. The location is great that you can walk to everything in the gulch. The staff is also always helpful.
Like the monthly activities scheduled. The amenities here are great as well. The staff does a good job of providing prompt support when needed.
The unit itself is great and I love having an outward facing balcony! The only issue is the motorcycle racers that love to fly down the alley, but when it’s calm and peaceful, it makes it worth it! The amenities are also great :)
So great. An improvement would be to get rid of fetch and go back to Amazon lockers. Also, presssure washing the grills and outdoor tables, making sure everything is fully functional and stocked.

The Gossett was definitely the right choice when I was apartment hunting. It’s not only in a great location but the units themselves are also spacious and nice. I also enjoy the amenities here and they are all well taken care of by the staff.

I love the location of this apartment and the staff but the up keep of the courtyards is at a one star. The grills are always disgusting always have bird poop on them and don’t ever look clean enough to cook on they pressure washed the area for the season but I’m sure that’s all that will happen rents gone up but upkeep hasn’t matched building upkeep. The claim luxury living on line but it doesn’t not reflect in person. Living on the first floor it’s not the prettiest view

Love the Gossett community, it has a great vibe. The location is very convenient, Whole Foods a block over and Publix is in walking distance. The Gulch is a fun area to walk and enjoy the variety of restaurants.

Friendly staff. Apartment is nice. You only hear neighbors on floor above you. Trash in hallways from neighbors putting trash in hallway too early makes the hallway stink.

Been here for two years now and I would say it is a great community with very fun events . BUT maintenance isn’t the best , there are these fire alarm issue that happen a lot in winter, and there are some updates needed in the building. For the price and location I expect no silly problems like this . But I mean great apartment if u find a good price for one

Staff is great. Neighbors stink the hallways with burnt food and marijuana. If only they knew opening just the patio/balcony doors would keep the smell in their own apartment or outside.

I love this building. I love the staff and brag about them to anyone looking to move. I looked at 7 different places in one day when I needed to move out of a toxic living situation quickly. I was so discouraged by everywhere I looked and then the Gosset was my last stop of the day. I instantly felt welcomed by Angelea at the front office. It was like a breath of fresh air seeing the building and the apartment units and just the entire community. The office staff is half the reason I chose the Gosset because it was so apparent how kind they were and how much they care for their residents. No one does it better in Nashville.

Apartment and location are great. The first community event was fun and good to meet people. The pool is closed for a while but excited for it to open up asap.

This apartment has been a great start to a new milestone in life! It is an easy walk to Broadway, while still a close walk to some of the more relaxed places in The Gulch. I am also walking distance from my office, which has been a game-changer!

Breanna has been so kind and helpful from the second I inquired about touring. I chose the gossett because of how responsive she has been to any questions or nerves I have had. I had a few minor issues upon move in and Jamar was able to immediately fix them which included fixing my thermostat, sealing the toilet, caulking the kitchen sink and then he offered to help me with mounting my tv. All in all it’s been good so far!

Maintenance and cleanliness are atrocious. I feel that this building is understaffed. The cleanliness is in part a 3rd party company that just isn't doing the job.

I’ve been living at the Gossett for about a year now and I have not had experienced any issues at all. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and supermarkets, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the facilities are great, the building is always clean. Whenever there’s an issue, the staff will fix it asap. It’s a great place to live!

Facility capability should be improved especially parking capability (lack of space to park at night), elevator in service (long repair lead time), no incorrect fire warning (sometimes happen during weekend/night time and long time).

This apartment is such a good choice. Love all the amenities so much. So accessible to downtown and whole foods. This has everything i wanted and a great view. The amenities are still some of the best I’ve seen, especially the pool and fitness center. I highly recommend living here!”
