I previously had some issues with bugs and the apartments not responding to me at all via email or phone. I have recently seen an improvement in their response times, and they have been a lot more helpful. The gate wasn't working for a few months and did see some possible homeless people riding around in the evening. The laundry still has issues, and the prices have been raised to $2.25 and barely cleans the clothes and the room is always disgusting. I did resign for another year so I hope to continue to see improvements.

I like living here because I have nice neighbors and it’s a dog friendly community. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and near grocery stores, parks, old town shops and restaurants and the library.

The move here was super smooth. Very quiet and clean community and apartments are very spacious. Everyone including staff are extremely friendly and it is a really safe area to live in.

The staff at the glen is always super helpful when issues arise. The service requests are always handled in a timely manner and they are always keeping residents accountable for rude behavior such as no clean up after pets and touching other peoples laundry.

Safe complex, nice leasing office employees, good maintenance team. Price is a little high for what you get but it is a great location in the center of Old Town Scottsdale.

Nice place except for when the hot water goes out. Boiler tends to go out once or twice a year. Some residents do not pick up after their dogs.
Overall offers a decent living experience. Staff is friendly. Property is kept in good condition. Only con is single pain windows, but is easily covered with a fan at night.

The location is great and that is about it. Washers and dryers are broken constantly. I put in for a refund and never received one. Security gate does not always work.

Love the location. It's soooo close to the Scottsdale Fashion Mall, Old Town, Sprouts, Zipps, TJ Maxx, restaurants, parks, and the bus stops! :)

Cockroaches! Mold on vents. 30 yr old cabinets. There was also this black dust everywhere. Either it was to try to keep away roaches or spray from the mold. Everything was dirty. I had to replace a broken toilet seat and bad shower head. I was really disappointed with everything.

We like it here and have been here 10 yrs now. Management is responsive to any maintinance issues. It's a great neighborhood. Quiet and easy to get anywhere.

The person above me flooded their apartment, with water flooding down into my room below. It has been over a month, and they still have not finished the final touches for fixing my ceiling. Very disappointing.

Location cannot be beat! A short walk to the best nightlife in Scottsdale. But the office rarely answers the phone and rarely calls back if you leave a message forcing me to walk over when I need to talk to them. They are polite and efficient once I do that, however, but the lack of follow through and phone support is frustrating.

So far so good living here. Residents are friendly, and the location is awesome. Amenities are also a plus, I frequent the gym and pool areas. Hot tub is great this time of year. Highly recommend.

The Glen in old town is a decent community with many amenities including multiple pools hit tubs bbq areas dog areas as well as a gym , the apartment themselves are also pretty nice as long as it's renovated, parking dan sometimes be an issue, maintenance is always attentive and handles issues quickly. Leasing office staff are friendly and easy to get ahold of.

I was dreading looking for an apartment. I knew generally where I wanted to live, but had so many questions after my previous experience. Grace made my search painless. The apartments look nice, but the common areas and the major bug problem are absolutely terrible when it comes to cleanliness. I had crickets infest my 2nd floor apartment and the apartments sent maintenance to look.. and that's all they did was look.I bought my own cricket spray that the problem went down slightly. Every night I would kill 10 .I had to throw away a pair of sandals from all the dead bugs that were stuck to it. Getting to my apartment I would walk through swarms of crickets and roaches. I am sure someone was living on the 2nd floor near the laundry room. It's been months of reporting and it is finally cleaned up. There is no punishment for leaving dog poop, it constantly smells like dog pee and poop in the common areas. The mail area has trash overflowing and mail trash flying everywhere due to the overflow. The apartments are soundproof and spacious, but the AC / heat does not cool the bedroom. My living room will be freezing and I will be sweating in my room.

I’ve lived here for 3 years now and the price of a 1 bedroom is ridiculous. Especially for the fact that you don’t have washer/dryer units in the apartments. We have to pay $2.00 per load and the units don’t even work half the time. I have to sit there and wait for someone else to finish there clothes so I can use the “working dryer.” Beyond ridiculous.

Love the staff and the place is pretty quiet! Close to the mall and Oldtown . Walmart is close by as well and close to the 101 ! Making it easy to get places.

Good gym and lots of pools and parking is nice and easy. It easy to access and close by a lot of stores like sprouts and gas and right by fashion square.

The apartment isn't bad for the price, but they definitely don't spray for bugs like they say they do. I have had many cockroaches in my apartment, and I keep everything very clean.

Location is great, apartment size is okay, and neighbors are friendly. But amenities need more work, cleanliness and maintenance, thanks!!!!

It’s a great place to live, very calm, clean, the pools are good and the fitness center it’s complete. I recommend this apartment complex! The staff is very nice and helpful, they work in the requested services pretty fast

Living here has been comfortable Feel very safe Surrounding area is active Views are beautiful
Love my new place and the community is lovely. The shared spaces are well groomed and tidy. My only complaint would be a few pet owners are negligent in gathering up their poops.

The team here is very nice. I called in my service request . It took a few days to get done but I know it’s hot out and all and they let me know they had a few AC emergencies they needed to take care of first before getting to my service request. Really appreciate the communication as well! Everything was fixed and they were very polite !
