The Glen apartments are in a great location, and decent space for a one bedroom. My apartment wasn’t move in ready when I signed my lease and moved in. There were some issues with the apartment that were never fixed. For example, back slider didn’t have a lock but has since been somewhat fixed. Bathroom fan still doesn’t work a month later. Shower head leaks onto the wall when showering but they don’t seem to care about mold occurring over time. Overall, I like the apartment just wished it was fully ready when I was moving in.

I have nothing good to say about this community. It has been nothing but nonsense outside, dirty common areas, people feeding cats, bugs, animals fights. A laundry room that’s never kept clean. No one cleans up after their selves. They can’t even shut the dryer doors. People at the pool at 3AM. dogs barking all morning and an upstairs neighbor who clearly has an issue, who has kept me up every night for over a month. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I like the community and area. The office, landscaping, maintenance and landscaping staff are all friendly. There are a couple of negatives. The phone system, which always goes to voice mail. Even during regular business hours. And the wait time to get maintenance items taken care of.

I’ve really enjoyed living here and wanted to shout out the recent updates! The improvements to the clubhouse have made it feel more modern, welcoming, and actually like a place you want to hang out in whether to work, relax, or meet neighbors. It’s clear the team is investing in making the community better. Also, huge thank you for finally fixing the gym’s A/C! It makes a big difference when you’re trying to work out in the Arizona heat now it’s actually usable and comfortable again. Overall, I appreciate that maintenance team and service request getting handled more efficiently and that upgrades are happening around the property. The landscaping is well-kept, the amenities are clean, and I feel comfortable. The location is super convenient, and parking is rarely an issue. I’d love to see continued updates to things like the hot tubs and be better with grill up keep but so far, I’m happy to call this place home.

I previously had some issues with bugs and the apartments not responding to me at all via email or phone. I have recently seen an improvement in their response times, and they have been a lot more helpful. The gate wasn't working for a few months and did see some possible homeless people riding around in the evening. The laundry still has issues, and the prices have been raised to $2.25 and barely cleans the clothes and the room is always disgusting. I did resign for another year so I hope to continue to see improvements.

Cockroaches! Mold on vents. 30 yr old cabinets. There was also this black dust everywhere. Either it was to try to keep away roaches or spray from the mold. Everything was dirty. I had to replace a broken toilet seat and bad shower head. I was really disappointed with everything.

Location cannot be beat! A short walk to the best nightlife in Scottsdale. But the office rarely answers the phone and rarely calls back if you leave a message forcing me to walk over when I need to talk to them. They are polite and efficient once I do that, however, but the lack of follow through and phone support is frustrating.

The Glen in old town is a decent community with many amenities including multiple pools hit tubs bbq areas dog areas as well as a gym , the apartment themselves are also pretty nice as long as it's renovated, parking dan sometimes be an issue, maintenance is always attentive and handles issues quickly. Leasing office staff are friendly and easy to get ahold of.
