This furnished student dorm building near the Gonzaga U campus offers a total of fourteen private units along with a commercial-style kitchen, a finished living room, and seven and a half bathrooms. The layout includes six units on the third floor, six on the second floor, and four on the main floor, with every two units sharing a full bathroom. Each floor also features its own laundry room, as well as spacious hallways and stairways for easy access. The bedrooms, living room, and kitchen are all fully furnished, making the space ideal for students or groups seeking convenient, move-in-ready housing.
