The Gathering at Arbor Greens

I enjoy living at the gathering. Only wish communal trash were taken out before over flowing, hallways in buildings were swept, and dog poop bags were refilled, and dog water fountain were fixed.

We enjoy the neighborhood. It’s nice to walk in, the pool area is amazing, and the facilities and apartments are nice. The neighborhood could be maintained a bit better when it comes to the dog waste.

Nice place to live!! Dog friendly... and good staff!! Neighbors seem to be considerate for the most part... and close to shopping and restaurants!

Everything so far has been great. My in my issue is the slowness of maintenance requests. My primary bedroom light hasn’t worked since I moved in and I’ve put in multiple requests. They came once but didn’t fix the issue.

Not what I expected. I just moved in and my sink is broken, the rack over my washing machine is rusted, my washing machine is loud and shakes while running, and my blinds are not in good shape.

Love living here. Amazing location, friendly staff and very responsive to anything you need. Everyone is always smiling here and it's a nice way to start and end your day!! Clean, quiet, the gym is awesome as are the other amenities.

Just moved in! And it’s going well so far. The lady that helped me was very nice. And I already met a couple neighbors! This my first apartment by myself and I’m excited to start decorating.

We have lived here for 4.5 years. Over that time we have had multiple companies manage the premises. Current management is doing a solid job, although the website system isn’t always the best and the maintenance response isn’t as good as previous management. It seems like less attention is being paid to cleaning the premises (dead cockroaches in hallways and wipes not refilled in the gym), but there is not as much noise and abuse of shared facilities by non-residents. The office staff are very nice and try to be helpful.

The gathering has by far been the best apartment I have rented in Alachua County. The leasing office is quick to respond and easy to work with. The maintenance crew are quick to respond to request and get things fixed in a timely manner. The facilities and dog park are always kept clean. Would 10/10 recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent outside of Gainesville. The apartments are gorgeous inside and out.

Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. They made every step, from taking a tour to signing the lease, a very peasant experience.

Ever since moving here things have been great! The staff has been super nice and helpful! They made sure my apartment was up to standard for me!

I think overall it has been a good experience living here. From the old management, they were okay. The new management is good but slightly a little annoying when it comes to problems to go to the office and they may or may not fix your problems.

Love my apartment! Great sunset view from my balcony! Cancelled my gym membership now that I have a great 24/7 gym on property. Clubhouse has great coffee options!????

Yhalei and Leila were wonderful at answering my questions and making my move very smooth. Very kind and patient with any concerns I had. I'd definitely recommend moving here to any of my friends.

Yaheli is the best! We enjoy our apartment, it’s spacious and mostly updated. great location, friendly neighborhood, timely maintenance, and fantastic pool & gym. Just wish we had tennis/pickle/or basketball court & a better coffee situation that would satiate current & future residents.

Very clean and welcoming community. I love all the amenities that this community has to offer. The office staff is always so friendly and so helpful.

Everything has been super smooth and easy to navigate. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous but the amenities really take the cake. Everyone that has seen our pool has said it’s the best in the entire city.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. The neighbors I've met so far are friendly and kind. The facilities are new, nice, and clean. I would recommend this apartment.

I’ve lived at Arbor Green for six months and overall really enjoy it. The apartments are well built and very quiet—I rarely hear neighbors or outside noise. The pool is well maintained, and the gym has quality equipment, though the floors could be cleaned more often, and the hand sanitizer has never been refilled. The front office staff is friendly, and the grounds are generally well kept. That said, I’d hoped a few maintenance issues would resolve on their own but they haven’t. I recently informed staff and am hopeful they’ll be addressed. The hallway and stairwell floors often have bugs and hair. A sprinkler leak at the stair base has persisted for months, leaving the area wet and occasionally smelly. Also, the building door makes a loud noise when opened that wakes me at night despite the good soundproofing. These don’t outweigh the positives. I’m glad to live here and look forward to seeing these things improved.

I love that there is no carpet. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues. I hate the kitchen sink with everything in my soul. The grounds are maintained well, and the neighbors are mostly quiet. Package delivery is usually a nightmare, and I’ve had several packages disappear.

We really like the neighborhood and apartment complex. The pool is wonderful and the neighbors are generally calm and well behaved. It feels like a nice family setting. The location is convenient to other area amenities.

The Gathering at Arbor Greens has been a great experience so far. I have lived here for about 4 months now. The move in process was effortless and any questions I had were answered promptly. I have not had any maintenance issues. The only improvement I could see is the sinks being to small in the kitchen.

In the past management has been very kind, helpful, and understanding. They listened to residents and made the necessary adjustments to keep the area clean, always inviting, and activities that brought us together. Current management dosent seem to be as interested neither concerned of the residents opinion nor suggestion. The young lady that works the weekend the reception is very nice and has a warming welcome. Beautiful place to live and safety is top notch. There has been lots of restrictions put in place since I moved here in 2021 but I understand why. Homes are very spacious and quiet living. Prices are reasonable for the area and the commodity market. I love it here.

I just moved here and it’s already so amazing. From the staff to my apartment it’s better than I could’ve ever imagined. The staff are all very attentive and don’t hesitate to answer any questions you may have.

I have enjoyed my time at the Gathering of Arbor Greens. What drew me to it was the location because it is not close to the university, so it is quiet. I enjoy the exercise facility and the pool, and appreciate the parking, valet trash service, and mail room. The units are also upgraded and spacious.

The complex is well kept, the staff is quick to respond to any questions and quickly resolve any complaints. The area is easily accessible to all grocery, banks and necessities.

Is very calm, I don’t hear my neighbors at all. I love how welcoming they make me feel. Haven’t had any problems at all. Is very luxurious if you’re looking for something nice and cute.

I have enjoyed living a The Gathering for approximately four years and love my apartment. However, I have recently observed that the upkeep of the breezeway and hallways on my floor seems lacking. The floors do not appear to be cleaned regularly, and I have noticed that debris, such as paper, tends to accumulate in the breezeway and on the steps for extended periods. Additionally, it seems that the steps haven't been power washed in quite some time. I would love to see improvements in these areas, as it would enhance the overall living experience. I am considering my options for next year. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

I have been extremely disappointed with my experience living here. One of the main issues is the loud tenants who seem to have no regard for the community rules. Noise levels are consistently high, at all hours of the day and night, making it difficult to relax or get any sleep. It is clear that many of these tenants are not abiding by the terms of their lease agreements, and unfortunately, management has done little to address this. Despite multiple complaints to the office, the management seems unwilling to enforce basic community rules or take action against these breaches of the lease agreements. This lack of accountability and enforcement has made living here increasingly stressful and frustrating. If you are considering moving here and value a peaceful living environment with attentive management, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

I'm penning this review as a current resident of The Gathering at Arbor Greens Apartments, hoping to draw attention to a serious and persistent problem I've been grappling with. Over the past thirty days, I've endured the extreme discomfort of a non-functional air conditioning unit in my apartment. It's worth noting that I've lodged multiple maintenance requests and even had technicians from Comfort Temp make several visits. However, the issue remains outstanding. The thermostat persistently reads around a sweltering 85 degrees, which, given the Florida climate, translates to an almost uninhabitable living condition. I made a deliberate effort to notify the Property Manager about the consequential health implications this could have for me, underscoring the gravity of the habitability concerns with the faulty AC. I anticipated swift action considering the health risks involved. However, to my dismay, there has been an apparent inertia in addressing the matter, even after being aware of the potential health hazards. While the aesthetics and ambiance of this complex are commendable, the lack of urgency in resolving critical issues severely undermines the overall living experience. Prospective residents should be prepared for a potentially slow response to maintenance emergencies. I sincerely hope this review spurs the management into prompt action and serves as a reference point for potential renters to make an informed choice.
