Property Ratings at The Gateway
Do not move here, you pay a lot but the upkeep is horrible. Dirty elevators, dirty roof top, dirty hallways. Leasing office have new people everyday. They can't seem to keep their workers. Lack of communication is horrible. I highly don't recommend. I'm ending my lease early because of it. Trust me and save your money.
BUYER BEWARE: The Gateway is having major construction and elevator issues and unable go give legit move in dates. They will however, take your $200 deposit but not give you an idea of when they can move you in. They've had to push move in dates 20+ times on people. So if you're okay not knowing when you can move and don't care about your $200 then the gateway is for you but if you like your money and like to know when you can move into your new apartment, don't waste your time.
