The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Gardens Apartments
I'll be moving out asap. Managment company is an absolute joke with no solutions or critical thinking. They charge on the higher end, with no eminenties, and tack on a $55 parking fee after the rent price. They also won't give guest parking passes, even though they said they do before moving in, and tow guests cars. Smells like mold and has silverfish Trash piles up up over the dumpster twice a week because 2 apartment buildings share 1 average sized dumpster
Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody especially if you have kids cause they paint their walls with lead paint. Staff is rude and don’t answer questions just say they’ll give you a call back and never do. When you ask to speak to the manager they will say you are but I guarantee you’re not. The inside of the apartments are very small and the walls are so paper thin you can hear everything someone is saying inside their apartment when you walk in the hallway. They have these critter looking things called silverfish all over my apartment along with ants. The entry way always smells like mildew or weed. Parking is $55 per vehicle a month and good luck finding parking if you live on the 325 side you more than likely would have to park on the other side and walk across the street. I hated living here. Just take your family & money somewhere else.
I setup a appointment and was walking around for 15 minutes. There is no on site management office so I was stuck outside. They did not attempt to call me and they did not pick up any of my calls.
I had a scheduled tour with The Gardens as they seem nice online. The rep said she would call me 15 minutes prior and let me know where to meet. I Arrive...wait in my car...the person doesn't show. I call..left a message. Someone returns my call the next day to schedule a second tour. I'm a patient person so I went with it.They send me a text message with a place and time to meet. Person doesn't show. I call and the rep answers and says she's on the way and to remind her which apartment I am interested in....I basically responded with "don't worry about it..I'm no longer interest."...not wasting my money on someone who wastes my time twice.
The apartments aren't listing price because because they find it a great idea to charge substantially more than the market supports. What they don't tell you or post on the ad, is they charge you to park....in the lot the building is on! They claim to enforce towing; even have a sign up. Do they? No. As such, a tenant has to play roulette to find a place to park. That, or just simply not park on site. We have people parking in handicap spots, not being enforced, and people being forced to walk a block or 2 in order to obtain some sort of parking solution. There is smoking of naughty grass constantly, loud music, dogs that bark non-stop, and no consideration or enforcement to sustain the "community" they love to market this place as. The units themselves are great, if you're looking for a dorm room. If you're an average adult who wants a place to call home; this is not the place for you. There are no deadbolts or chain latches on the doors. If maintenance wants to enter(never once giving 24hr notice), they will just unlock the door and peek their head in...Hope you're clothed! This place would get a 5 star review if "community" was respected and enforced. The units are nice and the location is prime. Lack of parking, constant animal barking, loud music, and the smell of naughty grass make this place discouraging to even come home to.
