April was unbelievably helpful. This is my third apartment in the area and she was hands down the most help. She cared and fixed a few issues on move in day to ensure it went smoothly.

Please just save yourself the headache and live elsewhere. While the location and amenities are nice, they either don’t work or take weeks to get fixed. I could create an ongoing list of issues, but to name a few: THE ELEVATORS. That’s all I have to say. When an elevator is broken, there is no urgency to get it fixed, no message to the community about the issue, and no timeline of when it’ll get fixed. I was once told the elevator company was coming the day I inquired about it, but it still didn’t get fixed until days later. MAINTENANCE - Absolutely horrendous. I’ve lived in numerous “luxury” apartment complexes, and I’ve never had to wait over 15 days. My work orders have been pending for 16 days. They always say “we complete them in chronological order and you’ve been added to the queue.” I’ve been added to the queue and have been waiting over two weeks for the office to replace a moldy dishwasher filter. If I hadn’t pulled out the filter on my own because it wasn’t cleaning correctly, then I would’ve kept washing dishes in there without realizing the filter was full of mold, and I only moved here in August. FIRE ALARMS - Why does a fire alarm go off at random times? We get messages saying “we are working on fixing the fire alarms,” yet I’ve lived here for two months now and still haven’t seen a solution. THE LIES - When I moved here, I signed a lease under the impression that I could upgrade my appliances for a small extra monthly fee because that’s what I was assured would be an option after asking multiple times. After signing, the leasing agent told me “we’ve stopped that for the time being.” Are we serious? I relied on that assurance, and it’s half the reason I signed here. No moment was I told they stopped doing that. They boast about wine fridges inside the apartments, but mine’s been broken for a month now with no fix. My dishwasher is moldy and unusable. My fridge broke a few weeks after I moved in, and one room is significantly hotter than the rest of the apartment no matter how low the AC is turned down. I’ve asked them to look at this, to no avail. I could keep going, but just be aware and sign elsewhere. The location isn’t worth the constant hassle of emailing the office. I won’t be renewing my lease or might end it early.

I lived her 2 years ago and was sad to go. I am happy I was able to come back, as this apartment is truly better than the rest. The management is so nice and helpful, and the complex itself is amazing! With the perfect amenities and location you cannot go wrong!

Poor living experience! Ongoing construction noise makes my apt unlivable. Rude community manager lacks empathy for poor living conditions created by the building. Impossible to get USPS packages delivered (have to go to a usps location). Landscapers start at 8-9am blowing leaves. No real peace or serenity here. Great area but I would avoid living at this building at all costs.

Location of property is great, buildings are very big and is a long walk from where you parked to your apartment in a lot of cases. If you have delivers for food or groceries it’s not the most ideal layout. Some staff seem to sincerely care.

Excellent apartment units. The quality of construction is high in this building and prevents most noise. However, the tenants above your unit may wear shoes all day long and the noise does travel through. The ameneties are good and this is probably the best building in Orlando.

The location of the Gallery at Mills Park is excellent. With a variety of dining establishments & a grocery store all with in easy walking distance for young & old . The amenities cover the very active to the lay back lifestyle.

The Gallery at Mills Park is the greatest place Ive lived. I give it a full five stars. I love the leasing crew, I love the new apartment feel. Its in a great location, very clean, very dog friendly. So much to do in that building that you dont want to even go out.

I love living at The Gallery. I have lived in two other locations in the Orlando area and I dont plan on leaving The Gallery. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. My dog loves it. I have such a happy and cute apartment. I love that I can walk to local restaurants and bars. Living on the Orlando Urban Trail is very convenient to walk my dog and go for runs and bike rides.

Needs a lot of improvement. The dog park online looks intact with the grass but then you realize that its all photoshopped. In person, its just all a bunch of dirt. The mail room is all one big room with just the packages, and residents are constantly posting about packages being stolen. The hallways are dirty too, they don't really do any sort of cleaning, I've seen stains in the same place for weeks. I would recommend just because the location is convenient, but the actual building itself, has a lot of cons.

The apartment layouts are very spacious. Also, the location makes so many things accessible on foot. We are very happy we chose The Gallery at Mills Park and the staff has been amazing.

The Gallery at Mills Park is an outstanding apartment complex in the Orlando area. The location is perfect as you are minutes if not walking distance from some of the top eating/drinking spots in the city as well as plenty of outdoor activities. The apartments are newer with great layouts for a wide range of living needs. 2 pools, a workout room and entertainment space make this a great option for apartment living in Orlando.

Beautiful community with great amenities when they are open and available... currently only one pool is open from 9-5 as well as the gym. All amenities are closed on Sundays... The Management team seems to prefer punishing us rather than managing the situations and problems that arise. I would not recommend moving in here during COVID.

The bones of the building are good and the location is fantastic. The electronics and high use pieces are cheap or not built to sustain the level of use required to operate functionally.

We've been living here for a good while now and do love the community/front office and maintenance. The office staff has been super helpful whenever we needed something. Maintenance is always johnny on the spot and fix any issue we have quickly and professionally.

Living at the Gallery has been so amazing! From the move in process to acclimating with the amenaties, you are fully supported from the staff to fellow neighbors. Maintenance requests are just a click away and completed within 48 hours depedning on the request. Having a dog, the staff and neighbors are very accomodating to the transition.

The elevator is always broken and they should organize better the garage, never has space the floors near the apartaments entrance is always dirty, the garage is very dirty too

I love Gallery a lot ! I was desperate looking for a place to rent since my previous landlord told me at last minute in June last year har he was going to sell the townhome. I came here and they helped me a lot , gave me the name of a moving company and he accommodated me for a move by July 18th. Everything went smooth and they were super professional and reliable . the staff here are friendly and very helpful . The apt is spacious with contemporary appliances and lay out . Love the island kitchen , wireless speakers in the walls, the jacuzzi , the walking closets and the pool gym and pet playground area

The community is not only well located in the heart of Orlando, but it has a number of great businesses all around it. From happy hour and dinner spots to the grocery store and specialties like east end market on Corrine Ave. the community is in great condition. The service team is great and takes care of service calls quickly and effectively. The best part about living here for me is convenience for getting to major roads like I-4 and the 408.
