The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Fulton Apartments
Terrible management. Fire alarm goes off multiple times a week at night and management doesn’t do anything about it. Can go months without any leasing agent being present or even any contact back from them. Hallways very dirty and always smells weird in the elevator, trash will be backed up for 2 weeks often making the parking garage smell putrid. Lights in the common areas will be out for weeks at a time, leasing will never answer phone and will not get back to voice mails.
Love the building and most of my neighbors. But since ownership changed the property hasn’t been the same. We do not have onsite management or maintenance anymore. The secure access is down quite a bit and the communication from the manager is poor too. Our rent is more but we receive much less compared to the prior owners/management.
The building itself is great - high quality units, real granite counters, big windows. However in November of 2020 the building was moved to new management, and I will be moving as soon as my lease is up. Management fails to give notice of any changes in the building. They don't fix things on time, communication is terrible, they do not address residents needs and just expect us to "go with it". I am extremely disappointed, especially for how much I pay in rent. While it is pet friendly, there are no pet amenities. No dedicated relief areas or doggie bags. Something to consider if you have a pet.
