Property Ratings at The Frontier West Lawrence
We have been living here for about 7 months and it has been great! The repair crew responds quickly and is so hopeful. All the staff is very nice! The other residents are friendly! The location is wonderful. My only note is the office hours are not great if you work an 8-5 job.
I’ve had the pleasure of calling Frontier West Lawrence home for the past 8 years, and I’ve loved every moment of it. This apartment complex offers a peaceful, serene environment that truly feels like home. The staff here consistently go above and beyond to show appreciation for residents, which makes a huge difference in creating a welcoming community. I’m also really impressed with the ongoing property upgrades, including the recent addition of a park for the dogs. It’s clear that the management cares about continually improving the living experience for everyone. I can say with confidence that Frontier West Lawrence has been an ideal place to live, whenever I move from Kansas, I’ll always look back on my time here fondly. Luckily that's not anytime soon.
I am very happy living here in this complex! my apartment is on the lower floor close to mailbox, trash receptors, and parking. Newsletters come out once a month to let us know whats happening at the complex. Maintance is always available whenever I put my request in for anything I need fixed. which is rare! The apartment complex is quiet and there is so much diversity which I love being of hispanic descent myself and a senior citzen. you wont go wrong making Frontier West your home! Gloria Riley
This has been such a wonderful apartment. The grounds are very well kept up, the gym and pool are nice especially for this price point. Love the location near Dillions and the pharmacy. It’s walking distance especially on nice days.
This is a great place to live! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always very responsive and fixes things as fast as possible. They are very pet friendly and have even built a private dog park for their canine residents. Love it here!
I've lived here since 2011 and will continue to live here as long as possible! Fantastic employees! No matter the issue, the Office and Maintenance Staff are super friendly, considerate and very helpful! They really care about their residents and go the extra mile if any issues arise. Great amenities, great location, great staff and great residents!
I think this apartment is one of the luxurious ones in town.. The units are spacious and had bathroom are nice perk. Staff is amazing and you get free gifts on holidays!
I live at Tuckaway at Frontier and absolutely love it! It is pretty quiet complex, but the staff is very friendly and helpful! Maintenance usually handles anything the day of or at least within 24 hours! The apartment itself is very spacious and I love that all utilities, my cable and my internet are included in rent! I look forward to continuing to live here!
The apartment is ok itself, it's nice and clean. but the management is weak. Neighbors are very loud and don't care to talk loudly in the middle of the night on the stairs or watch TV annoyingly loud. Complaining to the manager didn't solve the problem. They also asked me to deal with the problem myself and ask the neighbor to keep the noise down which I did and he didn't care. I pay the same rent and I deserve to have my quiet place at least to sleep at nights but unfortunately I don't have it and I should tolerate this mess for one year because I just moved in... I'm so disappointed. I liked here at first.
