      I love the French Quarter!

      The french is such a great place to live. The property manager, Anna, is so sweet and just the best! The French Quarter is always very safe and comforting and feels just like home. I love it!

      My daughter loves it here!

      My daughter moved here last July- her first time ever moving. She raves about this place almost every time we talk about it because it has helped her transition to living by herself (without us) SO much easier! Everyone, especially the property manager, is so welcoming and nice to be around. Plus, the amenities and wonderfully priced rent are great for us parents! It’s such a safe and comfortable environment. We love the French Quarter!!

      Best Place in Auburn!!!!

      I toured several places when deciding to go to college in Auburn, and as soon as I pulled into the French Quarter- I instantly felt at home. Living here is AMAZING!! We have so many awesome amenities and such an awesome property manager. I love it here!!!! Anytime I’m away, I miss my townhouse- it truly is a place I can call mine! ??

      The Garden District feels like a community!

      The Garden District offers a great place to live close to most things in Auburn. The residents are great and there’s a sense of community unlike anywhere else here. The staff is friendly and terrific and Anna will be glad to help with any problem, any time! All in all a great place to live!

      Living at The Garden District has been wonderful. Every single staff member has been so kind and attentive to my needs as a resident. Maintenance also shows up quickly whenever I make a request. I know I can count on them if I ever need anything.

      I love living here!

      I've lived in the garden district for 2 years and just signed my lease for a 3rd year! The staff is so nice and attentive and maintenance is quickly responsive to any needs! The units are spacious and rent is super affordable!

      i love this place!

      i’ve lived in the garden district for a year now and i love it ! it’s super homey and we’ve made friends with all our sweet neighbors. maintenance is so on top of their game and always comes when we need them! def recommend for auburn students who want safe, cute housing on a budget !

      The BEST place to live in Auburn!

      I absolutely love the Garden District. Me and my roommates have lived here for over a year, and plan on staying for a while. They offer spacious townhomes for an affordable price. The maintenance is always on time and helps us with everything we need. The front desk service is amazing, everybody is so nice! They also have the property well lit with lights everywhere, so I always feel safe at night coming home. They have a nice pool area which is great to socialize with other residents- everyone who lives there is very friendly. I highly recommend making the Garden District your home!

      Affordable safe location close to downtown.

      I’ve lived in the Garden District for 2 years and I’ve loved it the whole time. Anna, Molly, and Melanie in the leasing office have been absolutely wonderful the whole time. I’ve had no trouble with anything and any issues that have arisen with my apartments the maintenance staff have helped with and fixed immediately! It’s definitely a great place for students to live by themselves and feel safe.

      Convenient location && affordable

      Being so close to walmart & campus is very convenient for a student that’s constantly on go mode. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. It’s a very friendly, community atmosphere. Shoutout to my girl Anna!!!

      I've been here for almost 7 months and this place has been a GREAT place to live! The area is very quiet and is walking distance to Walmart and great restaurants. The staff is very helpful and beyond nice, especially Anna! She is always there when needed! I highly recommend The Garden District Apartments!!!

      It’s close to campus and has very affordable options! I’ve lived here for 2 years and have no complaints. Anna and Molly in the leasing office are friendly and always helpful as well. Even the maintenance employees are cool!

      Home Away From Home

      The Garden District has become my home away from home. The front office staff is so nice and Anna has gone out of her way to make my living situation comfortable and what I needed. Their activities and constant communication with tenants allows for a fun atmosphere. Come check them out!!!

      This is such a place to unwind!

      If you are looking for a place to unwind and that is good for the wallet, this is it! The staff is very nice and works with anything you need! It’s never loud and all the residents are calm and collected. I’ve never had a problem!

      Affordable Living Close To Campus

      If you are interested in affordable living close to campus, The Garden District is a great option! They have made updates in some of the units! The staff made me feel at home! Anna has always been a great help, and you'll be in great hands if you work with her. They have an excellent text maintenance service that is easy to use with fast responses.

      Awesome Housing

      The Garden District is such a great place to live! I spent 2 years there and could not imagine living anywhere else! The office staff are the friendliest people and always there if needed! Maintenance always gets the job done when needed! This place is so close to everything and such an easy drive to campus or Walmart!
