Property Ratings at The Franklin
The management is pretty awesome on top of everything on the property. They keep it clean. They keep it quiet and they also are very pleasant to work with and I saw the 15 minutes to pretty much anywhere in Boise 20 minutes to Caldwell. It’s right in the right area and it also has lots of bus stops so if you don’t have transportation, it is easy to get around .
I am living here since August of 2025 and I love it. Great layout, super clean and everything gets done soonest request is submitted. I wish the parking lot would be a little cleaner but besides that we love it!
Renting a two bedroom apartment at The Franklin has been a great experience! Any maintenance request is answered in a timely manor. The layout is perfect for my small family. I have a great view of the patio and quick access to a stairwell as well as the elevator. Management was great to work with and transparent.
We enjoy living here it's in a great location next to shopping and restaurants. Secured building for safety and pets are welcome.
I am pretty new at the building but I love it so far. The maintenance for anything I requested was done the same day. I only wish the leasing office is a little better with getting phone calls and responding back to emails. It’s often a longer wait period to hear back from them. I also wish the parking lot would be a bit cleaner. All together I don’t regret renting my apartment. It’s nice and new.
