Stayed here for 3 years Julie was amazing and very helpful. She made my time here really worth it she just a kind genuine human being and that was important for me and family. the maintenance comes on time when things need to get done..

My roommate and I just recently moved out from here due to life changes but I wouldn’t change a thing about this place!! Julia the property manager is so kind and is prompt when it comes to maintenance or property updates via memos. All kitchen appliances were up to date and the view from our apartment was perfect overlooking Madison park. The exterior siding on a bunch of the buildings were also redone to help keep the buildings in good condition. The laundry facilities were never crowded and I could do my laundry at any time. The neighbors are quiet and we never had any issues. Thank you Julia for the most ideal living situation the past 2 years!!!!

Julia, the property manager, is fantastic! Throughout my 2+ years living here she took great care of us, from small maintenance requests to ensuring we always had what we needed. Great communication, and very fair rent. I thoroughly enjoyed living at the Fountains, and would return in a heartbeat if my work takes me back to WI.

My partner and I lived here for three years and really enjoyed it. The space and quiet environment at this apartment is amazing! This is one of the best apartment complexes in Milwaukee County for so many reasons. It's also nice that there aren't many different workers often like most places. The maintenance team, leasing manager and property owners have been the same the entire time we lived here which creates a comfortable and safe environment. I'd definitely recommend this complex!

I love this apartment. Everything so far has been a great experience. I love my new apartment. It was fresh & new. Just the way I wanted it. Julia is awesome, she works hard & fulfilled my needs in wanting a easily accessible ground floor. I am disabled. She made me fell respected and welcomed to this community. I've already met the maintenance guy who also shows a great deal of respect. I'm happy to be a part of this family here. The grounds are beautiful & well taken care of. I absolutely love this place. I'm glad I chose this place to be my new home. Thank you so much Julia for everything you've done in this process.

I absolutely loved living here! The rooms are spacious, the buildings are well-maintained, and have all the amenities I needed. The allotted parking is very generous and the location is perfect, close to shops and adjacent to a park. The management team is responsive and friendly. Julia the manager is amazing and flexible. Highly recommend!

The apartments are very spacious and the underground parking is fantastic. The complex is very clean and quiet. The location is also great, you're a short drive to downtown and have quick access to interstate 41 and 94. The manager Julia is fantastic! She is so responsive, kind, and helpful. Any issue you may have she is always there to help you out and will work with you to find a solution. Julia truly cares about her tenants!

Moved in last fall (2022) and our apartment was recently renovated with new cabinetry in the kitchen along with new appliances. There was an issue with packages being stolen, but management installed security cameras near all mail rooms which was nice. Our apartment building also received new washers and dryers during the one year we stayed there. The property seems like they’re always keeping things updated. On a last note, the property manager, Julia is very sweet and nice! Gave her a call with any issues or problems I had regarding the apartment and she was happy to help! Overall a good apartment and a nice location having it be about 20-25 mins from Milwaukee.

Pros: Julia is a good apartment manager. She’s super sweet, prompt, accommodating, and understanding. She sends maintenance help right away when needed. Main entrance apartment doors are always locked and secured. Plenty of parking spaces. Cons: maintenance can improve. Maintenance staff sometimes doesn’t follow through and does a poor job at fixing things. Not sure if security cameras work; I hope so because there were a few car break ins in the past few years. Rent continues to increase by the years, hopefully, this changes or increase slows down.

As soon-to-be college grads moving to Milwaukee for work, my partner and I have found it relatively difficult to find an apartment complex that is willing to work with us and take us seriously given that we don't have much rental and credit history, but this is the best one we've found! Julia has been extremely helpful with very quick email responses and the entire process has been very fast-paced and simple so far. The location is certainly one of the best parts - only 15 minutes from the lakefront and 7 minutes from the gorgeous Mayfair mall that has everything you could need, but surrounded by parks so doesn't have the less-fun sides of being in a densely populated area. I definitely felt that the floorplans looked bigger in person than in the virtual tours! Looking forward to moving in!

I lived her for almost 7 years while doing my fellowship and really enjoyed living here. It was quiet and serene. Julia is an awesome manager, the entire management team was always very responsive. Maintenance was always prompt. The heated garage and heat/water/trash included was definitely a huge plus. Only reason I moved was because I left town. Thank you so much Julia for the amazing work you and your team do!!

The property manager will avoid new prospective tenants. And also lie. Her boss the area manager lies too

My partner & I have lived at the Fountains almost 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say! We both are more than happy with our 2 bed, 1.5 bath and how much space it provides for us. The storage as well is an added bonus with how much closet space the unit has for being an apartment. We are also very satisfied with Julia, the manager & also the staff who work here. Julia is always quick to respond and resolve any problems or concerns we have. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a space to live.

I genuinely had a great experience living here and am sad that I had to leave! The apartments themself are very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Julia, the property manager, is awesome and very quick to respond to inquiries or issues. Maintenance staff are also very friendly and quick to respond. The property itself is beautiful and is a very quaint and calm place to live. The underground parking garage is also a huge bonus especially in the winter time!

We survived the pandemic in this apartment community. It was exactly what my roommate and her two fur babies needed for the three years we were there. The grounds, parking lots, and buildings are well maintained. The property manager is amazing. She's so sweet and prompt with any and all questions. The maintenance staff is so helpful and ready to help with apartment repairs, questions, and tips. The complex has a private brook with willow trees for shade and privacy in the summer. There is an elementary school and city park both within walking distance. We were able to make friends with our neighboring tenants and truly made a home while we were there.

We lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed it. It felt very secluded, fairly quiet, and safe. Bumping up to Madison Park provided a lot of space for walking. Our apartment neighbors were very friendly. Maintenance was always prompt and we had very little issues overall. The manager, Julia, is great and very responsive! We lived in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom which had a ton of space, was affordable, and felt very homey. The only reason for us leaving was relocating for jobs. If we found jobs in the area, we definitely would have stayed!

I lived here for three years. I loved how big my apartment was and its very affordable for the size. Madison park is right behind the building and the complex has beautiful landscaping. The building is quiet. I never hear my neighbors, the walls are sound proof. Julia the manager is wonderful and is always willing to work with people to find a solution. Building maintenance is also great. My requests are always done quickly, usually the same day. I have become spoiled by underground parking as well. It makes the winter much more bearable!

These were the highlights of my last 3 years of living at the Fountains. The management and maintenance crew are 5*s, and were responsive and communicative when faced with a variety of issues over the years- replacing heater, fixing oven and fan, accommodating extra indoor parking. Neighborhood is relatively quiet, school is nearby. Very spacious, with a great opening to the backyard which is beautiful and green.

Great property. Very quiet and peaceful. The apartments are huge for the price. The maintenance staff is top notch; I lived here for over 12 years and every maintenance request I ever made in that 12+ year period (which were few and far between) was addressed in no more than a single business day. The manager Julia is extremely helpful and was always willing to help out when needed.

I lived here for 3 years in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was quiet and we never heard our neighbors. Julia in the office was great and accommodating. The maintenance guy Adam amd his staff were awesome. They were always quick to respond to any issues we had in our apartment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

I lived at the Fountains of Wauwatosa for a year and I must say it was comfortable, well maintained, and well managed. Julia was always pleasant and made sure my needs were met.

I've lived here for nearly 2 years this summer. I chose the area b/c of the school zone for my child. Process was smooth, property mgmr was very nice & accommodating. Apartment was clean & somewhat modern. Seemed really quiet & peaceful until about month in. I would be awaken out of my sleep due to the extremely loud & disturbingly cracking noise of the floorboards above me from a tenant who had basically retired there. She lived there for 10+ yrs & mgmt never changed or updated the carpet in her apt. Every room is weakly supported and it's quite embarrassing for the amount of $ I pay. Mgmt sent out several ppl to test the condition & also admitted it was extremely loud, but only offered me the chance to give a 60 day notice to break my lease & forfeit my deposit. I would be careful to not recommend anyone for a unit, unless they thoroughly inspect the condition of the apartment during peak hours.

I lived here in a 1 Br for about a year from summer of 2018-2019. I would certainly have continued to stay at this apartment but needed to move to be closer to school. While living here, I never had any issues with safety and was always made to feel welcome by both my neighbors and property manager. Julia is a very accommodating property manager who always seemed to be very understanding of my circumstances and was very willing to help me out. For example, I made a couple of minor maintenance requests throughout my stay and they were filled by the next day. I would strongly recommend renting here to anyone looking for a safe and well-run apartment complex at a relatively reasonable price for the area. I could not have asked for a better home to spend that year!

The apartment buildings are tucked away next to Madison Park and are quiet, spacious, and reasonably priced. Julia is very kind and helpful, and the maintenance staff is extremely responsive and competent. It's a great location near Hwy 45, 10-15 minutes away from everything you could want. They also include an underground parking spot, and the outside lot is large with easy accommodation for guests. It's just a great place to be!

I very much enjoyed my time living at the Fountains of Wauwatosa this past year. Julia, the property manager, was always very nice and helpful whenever I had any kind of issue at all. Maintenance's response was swift and always took care of the issue. The only reason I left is that they do not allow dogs.

I have been living in the Fountains of Wauwatosa for a year. I really liked my apartment but I had to move closer to my work. I enjoyed a very quite neighborhood which is very essential when you have a busy working day. More than that I really appreciated the manager Julia and all the team that kept the place very cozy and clean. The loans are always green and what is more important the snow removal was ideal during this harsh wintertime. I kept my car in the garage but had never ever had a problem of going in or out, all the roads were super clean. I appreciated the team for always being very helpful and whenever I had an issue either with the disposal in the kitchen or some minor issues with the water in the toilet they fixed it right away in the minimum amount of time. The place is safe and sound and I would definitely recommend it either for a single girl or for a family who is looking for a nice and quite place. Julia is very helpful and friendly and is always eager to solve any issues as soon as possible which is priceless... Thank you.

My experience with the Fountains of Wauwatosa has been nothing but amazing! The manager at the Fountains has been a wonderful help during the application process, move-in process and even the move-out process as well! The nature surrounding the property is beautiful and serene; creating a calming and peaceful scenery. Although my family is relocating to accommodate my growing family, I would recommend the Fountains for anyone looking to relocate within the Wauwatosa and Milwaukee area!

I have been a resident at The Fountains of Wauwatosa for almost 2 years now. I absolutely love living here. The staff is amazing, the property manager Julia is awesome. I have never waited for any maintenance request more than 24 hrs, usually less than 12 hours for the staff to take care of my requests. The property is very well maintained, the grounds are immaculate. I really like the fact that everything is included in the rent except the electric bill, all the other places I look at wanted $50.00 - $75.00 for an underground parking space, $20.00 a month for water / sewer, and $20.00 a month for trash service, all included here at The Fountains. Oh, and don’t forget the natural gas for heat and cooking is also included. I give The Fountains of Wauwatosa 5 stars out of 5!!!

I have stayed at the Fountains of Wauwatosa for 3 years. The apartments are clean, spacious and have all the amenities such as secure entry, big storage, dishwasher, and laundry on the same floor. The location is quiet and right next to the park. Well-maintained grounds and heated garage are a bonus. Apartment manager Julia is a true professional and a kind person. She is helpful, organized, responsive and accommodating. The maintenance staff is doing a great job and issues are taken care in a timely manner. YM

I absolutely Loved living here! Where do I start?! The space is beautiful and spacious! My unit had two bathrooms which I loved! The underground parking was amazing in the winter time as well. It's clean and quiet overall. Anytime you needed a repair the maintenance people were all over it. Ms. Julia the property manager was magnificent! She is so sweet and professional and has a heart of Gold! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to move!

I lived in these apartments for 3 years. I have only great things to say about this place. Julie, the property manager, was the best! She was such an amazing person and she very kind and helpful. The apartments were very large and it was nice to have the half bath in the master bedroom. I was able to fit my king size bed in there and there was still room for my tv stand and for me to walk around. The smaller room wasn't small at all because with two twin beds, a tv stand and toy chest, my two kids had space to play. The back patio lead to the courtyard. I would spend nights out there just listening to the wind blow. The neighbors were people that cared about the property and always respected each other. I will miss the central air, elevator and underground parking. In the three years I was there, I had one maintenance call and the issues was fixed the same day! If you are looking for a quite, well maintained apartment in the Wauwatosa area, The Fountains of Wauwatosa is the best place to go!

My little family loves it here! We are right next to a play park/splash park, and a cute little elementary school. It's quite here, but we are only a short drive from all the shopping you could want. The manager has just been the best with helping us get in here and settled. The maintenance guy has been quick and so kind to us (even when I called because the fridge was just in defrost mode ??). Highly recommend.

Julia, manager, knows her job and does it well. Spacious apartments. Love the forced air heat and a/c. Well maintained. The underground parking is great and everything is kept so clean. All around nice place to live.

I have been living at The Fountains for 2 months. Julia the office manager is the absolute best!!! She is patient, understanding and such a joy to work with! ?? The maintenance staff are great as well! The proximity to Madison Park, shopping and restaurants is ideal. My 2 bedroom/2 full bath unit is not only spacious, but extremely affordable! Due to health challenges stairs are tough, so the elevator and underground parking are a major plus! Glad to be apart of such a nice community.

We moved to the Fountains in Nov. of 2015. Julia was the first to contact me back while we were on our new apartment 'hunt'. Huge Plus! Julia was also super helpful and very willing to work with us on a move in date earlier than expected because of a vacation commitment. Another Huge Plus! Of course around this time the brutal Wisconsin weather was setting in too. Snow removal crews were great! I get up early as I have to be to work by 7 and they had the work mostly done already by 6:15 am. Again, Huge Plus! One particular morning my car was completely froze over with ice and he helped me get my doors un-stuck so I could make it to work on time, very nice crew! Maintenance is fast as well, whenever we needed something looked at or fixed it was always within 24-48 hours, with a note left on table of what was wrong and what was done to fix it. Julia is extremely friendly to talk to and very easy to get along with, she really does go out of her way to make everything work and to have everyone happy. Honestly the prices are very well for everything that is included as well. Having heat and one underground parking space included in Wisconsin is yet again a Big Plus!!

I have lived at the Fountains for four (4) years. Originally I was in a two-bedroom apartment, and later downsized to one-bedroom. I had looked at several places and none were up to the standards of the Fountains. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is close to shopping centers, parks as well as restaurants. The manager, Julia is very friendly and cooperative with all of your needs. Your requests are completed within 24-48 hours. The neighbors are friendly and very diverse. The underground parking makes its comfortable and very safe, especially in inclement weather. I downgraded from a home to an apartment. With the amenities at the Fountains, it still feels like home. My one-bedroom apartment is also very spacious. The maintenance staff is very professional and friendly. They are on call for emergencies 24/7. Very happy here!

We moved to Fountains of Wauwatosa in Nov. 2015. We love the apartment. Here are the best points about it in my opinion: - The community is quiet. - Washer and dryer in unit. - Most utilities included in rent (all except electricity, internet, and cable). - The staff has been very responsive to maintenance requests. - The grounds are very well kept (for example, they clean accumulated snow very quickly). - Easy access to the bus system. Overall, I think this is a very good deal for the price. I recommend this place. *Mari*

The Fountains, with all the amenities, is a great place to live. Close to all kinds of activities and shopping. Secure and any other issues are tended to by Julia and the staff in a professional manner. All in all, it's a tremendous value.

Management - Julia takes care of all the Issues brilliantly. She is helpful, flexible and responsible. I kept my Apartment Clean and they returned my Deposit 100%. 3. Safety - I had was little skeptical initially when I moved in, reading some old reviews, but as of 2013 this Apartment is safe. 4. Location 5. Indoor Parking I had to move out because of work, but I still miss living in this apartment. Cheers!
