Property Ratings at The Forum Apartments
Really enjoyed living here. Very clean apartment. Staff was very kind. Work orders done fast. Only complaint was the carpet wasn't all the way to the wall in the main bedroom on some sides, so you could see the floorboards and some nails. Otherwise very clean apartment and quick turnarounds for next tenant.
Great, quiet apartments. Really affordable and the staff is extremely nice and flexible as long as you're a good tenant. Even though it's across the street from the university, it never got very loud or disruptive. Maybe a little outdated, but it's exactly what you would expect from the price and accommodating staff. I'd live there again.
It's close to the town center, so it's easy to get places, including the CMU Campus. The staff is incredibly friendly and understanding, willing to work with you. Apartment rooms, while small, are roomy.
