Amazing

I’ve lived here for a while and the office people are amazing. The pool is always clean and you can meet so many amazing people. I highly recommend this place

Save money go somewhere else

The place is nice the complex is quiet. Unfortunately that’s all I have to say that’s nice! My first two weeks there I quickly noticed that if you’re on the 1st floor you’re at the mercies of whoever lives above you! The floor (which is my roof) creeks relentlessly! I can literally hear everything going on in the apartment above me! I had to go tell my neighbor hey I can hear you and your girlfriend getting it on! I can hear your arguments and I can hear your whole game nights! Like this is crazy! For an apartment that cost so much you think they would do better to ensure that there is adequate sound proofing! Even with rugs and stuff it sounds like a stampede when someone is walking above me (my neighbors is heavy footed). I originally asked the office to say something, asked the neighbor did the office tell you this? He said no. They never came to tell me this! Another neighbor complained that a neighbor was leaving her dog in the hallway at 3am and the dog was just barking like crazy. The second night it happened someone called police. The office handled the situation by sending a mass email that they need to go to the office with complaints and not call the police. Never apologized for not handling the situation or anything. Just offered ridicule. The pool has not been open for the whole year that I was living there. Something was always wrong with it. But I specifically picked this place because of the pool. I had a maintained request in for three weeks before I had to call the company that owns the building and ask what’s happening when someone contacting me about the leak. Reported to the office nothing happened. January when people were complaining about unusable amenities instead of trying to fix it, their solution was to add a car washing station and put a gate for the solicitors we were getting. Which is understable to handle the solicitors but the main problems are never addressed. Like ever! But again all your emails and or complaints go unanswered and unnoticed. Plain and simple they do not care. “Luxury” apartment without and luxury sound proofing! We had promises that there was going to be some sound proofing but it never happened! Just like in December we were promised a gate and a car wash station that never happened. A wind storm knocked the fence down back in the first week of February. They left it sitting in the street for weeks. And only had the maintenance team clean up the flowerbeds and trees but left the fence in the road.

Not worthy, Over rated, over priced. DONT MOVE HERE

Apartments are over rated and over priced, Pool is closed most of the time, gym is extremely small. People have broke down the activity area and some stuff in the pool. Parking is a headache. Neighbors drive crazily in parking lot Ive been almost hit by people in the parking lot multiple times, already lost the count. Doesnt have a gate and you can see people from other places using the pool, using the gym and using the activity room.

Go else where

Over priced apartments for no reasons. They make all these promises when you move in just for it to a lie. Full accessed pool (the pool has been covered since I moved in at the peak of summer). Internet available (only in the common areas and business center). It’s basically not worth it.

Do not rent here

Moved in at the beginning of summer. Maintenance guy walks around shirtless all the time, pool hours used to close at 10 and now it closes at 9 because they refuse to close it on time and get mad when your still out there. The rules are getting more and more strict. The price is high due to the amenities and they just set too many restrictions or get annoyed when you use them.

Amazing Apartment Complex

Super friendly staff and Keelie was super helpful with getting everything set up! The apartments are amazing and with everything the management team is planning to do this will quickly become the best apartment complex in Clarksville.

Great place, I love living here!

Beautiful apartments. I love mine so much, and there haven't been any issues with my apartment! And the staff is very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. I highly recommend living here!

Love my apartment

Love the apartments! keelie helped us out so much, tried her best to get us into the apartment! Patiently waiting for the pool to open up!

Awesome!

Not only was the process super easy. The ladies that work at the office are very nice. When I moved in they set me up a mini care package with a bunch of cleaning products. The apartment is super clean and brand new. It has great lighting and there are so many things to do nearby. I love this place!
