Great staff with very quick response time. Amenities are great, very dog friendly, new updates to community rooms are beautiful. Wish west end would develop a bit more.
So far so good! Professional staff & conveniently located to nearly everything ya could need. The balcony is lovely as well, facing the west end shops etc. I recommend staying here, for sure.
Nice size rooms, fantastic neighborhood. Great for dogs. Very nice roof and patio areas. Ability to rent the pub room is nice. Building is on the older side for the area.
Love all the fun themes in the lobby like the hot chocolate bar, oatmeal station. Nice way to grab a snack and meet people. I also enjoy the elevator posters that show new things going on around the area
Clean and quiet, some units are getting remodeled but older units are still nice I wish they had a sauna and a hot tub Roof top and patio areas are very nice and recently renovated

It's a newer building which makes it nice. It is also close to many amenities which is also a plus.
We loved everything about our community, but the new rent price would have been out of budget had we decided to renew.
The personnel at the Flats are very professional and knowledgeable. They are an absolute pleasure to get to know and work with.
The staff is more than very helpful. Very professional in all aspect of securing a residence. Great location. I was originally concerned about all the dogs I have seen but surprisingly it has been very quiet.
they used garbage materials everywhere you look even the "granite" countertops look like they were pulled from the bargain bin and they still jack up the rent

The apartments look nice and they are very clean. Also, the office staff is phenomenal. They are always friendly, quick to respond to requests and flexible when necessary.
The location is nice, and the building is relatively new. The price is high for what you get, so the value is not good. The staff is generally friendly; but also doesn't seem empowered to solve problems important to individual residents in a way that has value. As noted in other reviews, it is a very noisy place to live; throughout the winter, snow removal equipment has been running throughout the night/early morning hours (seemingly every night during times of snow) just outside the building impacting sleep. The amenities are fine but not incredible (the pool is small and often shaded by upper floors of the building, but the rooftop terrace is a nice feature). The inspections (roughly a year after opening) indicated the building had some structural items that needed to be fixed, and some items seem to have been poorly installed. The maintenance staff has been good and willing to help if they can, however. Some building wide problems that they chose to fix were done with curious timing (removing all cars from the expensive enclosed parking for four days in a cold month last year--January). I've noticed some people have experienced car damage in the garage due to some garage design issues that make parking and maneuvering challenging in certain areas. Given that, the parking is unnecessarily expensive as well (especially given the price of the units to start with). There is a new apartment building opening up next door in the near future which should be an interesting comparison for those looking for other options. People who enjoy West End will like the location; but along with the positive aspects, people should also be prepared for high rent, noise, and a building and parking situation that likely doesn't justify the price. New competing apartments are becoming available in the area around the Flats at West End.
Amazingly convenient to shopping, restaurants and Downtown but has a softer suburbia feel. Ease of entry to main TC Hwy arteries. Dtwn just minutes away yet a walkable location to most everything you need. Very Classy accommodating apts. Onsite Mgt extremely professional and courteous. Local Ownership with great reputation. Quick response to Maintenance issues. Our Dog is a Happy Camper here. We are very happy and pleased with our decision to choose this awesome place.
The Flats at West End is such a wonderful place to call home. I don't think the staff could get any nicer and accommodating. The units are smaller, but absolutely gorgeous! I love my flat :) I don't think there is much negative to say about this place. The only feedback is probably a little better soundproofing for the pricepoint, but it is still exceptionally good fo an apartment complex. You can walk to anything you need at the shops - this location can't be beat. It feels like downtown, but incorporates a suburban area feel.
My experience into moving into the Flats at West End was phenomenal and I absolutely love my unit! From the initial point of contact with Jill who showed me the various options to the day before move-in in corresponding with Tim, the customer service has been impeccable! The representatives of the Flats have truly gone above and beyond to ensure my comfort into moving into a new place. Everyone was professional, friendly, responsive, and accommodating. I was closing on the sale of my home during this time and I really appreciate the generosity in allowing me to move in early - it alleviated a lot of stress and allowed me an opportunity to enjoy the comforts of my new home prior to traveling for work. In the short time that I've been here, I am pleased at how quiet my unit is and the kindness and respectfulness of other residents. I continue to find hidden gems throughout the place and am greatly satisfied and impressed with all the amenities and services provided on-site. I viewed a lot of places including downtown, North Loop, and other places in SLP prior to making my decision and I believe that I made the absolutely correct choice in choosing the Flats at West End based upon quality unit, customer service, prime location, and value of the unit/amenities. I would highly recommend anyone to view and consider this place as their new home!
