Great place to live. Friendly capable staff, great services. Easy access to 476/Northeast Extension, Septa, Starbucks. Great if you have a dog, just so much to like about making this place my home.
The maintenance personnel are always helpful and available. The management and maintenance staff have been wonderful during my two year stay at The Flats in Lansdale.
There are 5 things I do every day here - play piano, shoot pool, workout, swim laps and enjoy a cup of coffee while catching up with a couple of other resident and sometimes the staff. Love the Flats at Lansdale!

This is a very nice place to live. The property management staff does an excellent job & the maintenance staff is great!
Friendly community with spacious unit and nice high-tech additions like smart locks and smart switches. Area is fairly quiet and parking is easy.
This is a great place to live. Great location, it's close to the turnpike to go into Philly or further out. Really nice amenities and above par staff and management
so far the neighbors have welcomed my family and i as we moved into our unit and everyone was extremely nice which was welcoming for us. The facility is extremely clean and quiet. I am looking forward to using the many amenities that the facility provides.
I absolutely love living at The Flats at Lansdale! From day one, Chris and Taylor in the leasing office have been a pleasure to work with—friendly, accommodating, and always thorough. They truly make the experience feel welcoming and stress-free. Also, maintenance is quick to respond and efficient. The community itself is wonderful. I’ve built real friendships here, and there’s a genuine sense of neighborliness that’s hard to find elsewhere. My apartment is cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I feel safe and at home every day. The amenities are a huge bonus—my son and I especially enjoy spending time at the pool and playing pool in the clubhouse. The gym is well-equipped, and the dog park is a great space for my pups to run and play. All in all, I’m so glad I chose to make The Flats at Lansdale my home. It’s been a great experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, well-managed community.

I've owned 3 homes and moved to The Flats At Lansdale after moving from another apartment. My experience here has been nothing but amazing. I've suggested this as a home base to family members once they decide to begin an apartment search. Don't waste time, just come here. You wont be disappointed.
Somewhat expensive, but worth it. The complex was built around 2013, is attractive, and has been well-maintained, both exterior and interior. Six buildings in total, 3 stories each. Quiet. I am on the third floor, with a bay window, looking out on a lovely garden between two buildings. Garages available. Management is responsive and respectful. The resident portal has always been inadequate, but will be changed to a better one soon. Electric vehicle charging stations are Tesla type. I have lived here 10 years, and am still happy.

Clean outside of windows at least once every 5 years
Flats is a beautiful and convenient location. The staff and maintenance crew do a great job with not only taking care of the property and the apartments but taking care of the residence and their needs as well. It’s just a shame that some of the residents don’t reciprocate and help keep the property clean and beautiful.
The move in was made super simple due to the ease of the forms required and getting my keys. Everyone at the front desk has the answer to every question and will provide whatever you need for a carefree move.

Generally, I really like the Flats. No major complaints. The upstairs neighbor can play the TV a bit loud at times but it’s manageable. Great amenities, esp. the pool. Summer holidays at the pool can be a little difficult with residents who bring too many guests, play loud music and act as though they own the pool area. Management does their best to send out reminders about this. I’ve had a few maintenance issues over the past two years that I’ve been here. Most have been fixed within hours of calling it in with exception to issues that required replacement of an appliance for heater part, but that’s to be expected. The maintenance team is always professional and friendly, and management always keeps you up-to-date with status of repairs. The office staff is also professional and friendly, and always willing to help when needed.

Beautiful apartments & personable staff. We had some hiccups getting settled and management was quick to help, even after hours. The amenities are well kept and all communal spaces are clean.
The staff go above what there duties to address any problem. I am a retired nurse & I moved in 2yrs ago . As a professional I am very picky what I expect but also I honor the management team to take care of the apartment.
We thought about leaving, but quickly realized we loved so much about living here. Glad to have our growing family here! Great place to live as a family.

We love our place here. It is beautiful and has many amenities—it is like living at a resort. The staff is very quick to respond. Chris and Taylor are excellent managers.
Our home for almost 4 years now. Can't imagine a better place to have started a family and grow. Although we have outgrown our home here, we will always refer to this place as home when we leave.

I truly enjoy living at The Flats apartment complex. It’s been a great experience overall, thanks to several standout features. The pool is one of my favorite spots, perfect for relaxing and unwinding on a sunny day. The clubhouse is another highlight, offering a welcoming space for social gatherings and community events. However, what really makes living here special is the kindness of my neighbors. Their friendliness and support create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making The Flats feel like home. The apartment community continues to be quiet, neighbors new and existing are kind and the grounds are managed well. I can still say that being an apartment dweller at The Flats at Lansdale, is second to homeownership for the care and attention to the property by the management team. P.S., the tree trimming has provided so much sunlight into my apartment, at times of early morning sun it's as if a light is on in the room; I Love It!!! :-D

Awesome community! Ambiance is very nice , management is very professional and organized . Our family feels safe . Neighbors are so welcoming, feels like family when we go to the pool :)
The community is generally quiet, but also close knit. The apartments are well laid out. There are events and opportunities to meet neighbors. Maintenance is always up to standard, never need to request extra dog bags or see the grass too high.

Love the Flats , definitely one of the most beautiful places I’ve lived . Full of lively residents which has made my experience overall much more enjoyable. Would be even more enjoyable if there was an actual area that would accommodate children such as a playground overall love the pool and all of the other amenities,The maintenance and leasing personnel are great and knowledgeable, service requests are handled promptly. Just an great experience since I have moved here.

The apartment was spotless. Other than the rug issue which as an easy fix & the screen door being hard to open/close easy(from a lot of use obviously all is great!

Professionalism begins in the office and the staff at The Flats at landsdale brighten this positive environment. If anyone is seeking housing with class, The Flats at Lansdale is where this can be found. Communities like this one are hard to come by these days. My work is very demanding and coming home to a peaceful abode is a priority. My hat goes off to the staff at this community for their work is just as demanding.
The Flats is a very friendly place to live. I feel secure also. I love how the property is maintained, which i talk long walks around the property especially in the Spring Summer and Fall. In the summer the pool is a great place to relax and get acquainted with other residents. Thank you!
