The maintenance sucks. The previous owners had a great and reliable maintenance man. New management has never had one.

Its a great place to stay just need better maintenance people that will actually get the job done and if the maintenance person cant handle whats wrong bring in someone whos capable of getting the job done

Just like for my area to be clean and it's not. And I wish the neighbors over me would show me a little consideration about noise, the little toddler he looked to be 4or 5 runs all day long through the apartment. Like I said I need paper and pen to explain.

All in all, I have not had any major problems during my 4-1/2 years of living here. My neighbors are friendly enough and my apartment is spacious and very nice. The office staff is accommodating and tries their best to help with a problem.

I love this property! It feels really good coming home to a clean, good looking building with well manicured grounds and knowing you have good neighbors who have your safety in mind!
I am a current tenant here at Orchard Park now and they have been so good to me so far I have been staying here since 2019 and renewed my lease because they are so amazing!

The apartments are very spacious. I have lived here for four years and have never had a problem with anything. For an apartment complex this size, it relatively quiet and problem free, in my experience. My neighbors are friendly and look out for me.
Nice place to live for the money. Love the size of my apartment.
Quite so far, seem to be safe, and it is being kept up.
