I love living here. My unit is homey. My views are super. The amenities are great. The grounds are kept very nice. The staff up front are friendly and kind. Connie and Gemma do an excellent job. The inside of the clubhouse is impeccable. The pool area is nice and clean.. Big shout out to Chase and Justin.

Things are still good but there have been some issues over the past few months that are worrisome. The gates at both entrances and for the pool have not worked for several weeks possibly months. So we aren't a gated community, in fact I had a flyer for a used car dealer on my car windshield recently as did every other resident. I was told that a speed bump would be installed by the southern entrance gate more than a year ago and it has yet to be installed. Unfortunately many residents speed through the gate and as my wife and I live in building one, we have to be extremly cautious when crossing the street to take our dog to the dog park. The grounds are still very well kept and the amenities are still very nice. We plan on staying at the Flats for several years but that is contingent on several factors, mainly rent which has gone up since opening and if we can become the gated community we were sold.

The Vibe here is unbeatable! A very pretty community. I feel safe and comfortable. The amenities are so convenient. On a hot summer day, I grab ice from the ice machine to put in my cooler and head to the pool. If there is a game on, I can watch it on the big screen on the deck. We enjoy playing corn hole as well! We have a game room, gym and Yoga classes! The community events are always fun with a lot of thought put into them!

Very nice apartments. I have lived here going on a year now, it is a very beautiful complex and apartments are very UpToDate with designs. The washer/driers could have been better, they don’t clean as good as other places I have lived but that is the only downside! Staff is friendly. Extremely pet accommodating!

Best apt. Complex out there. Amenities are amazing, the staff is very friendly and helpful, residents are extremely nice and welcoming, and it’s very peaceful. The pool as well as the game room are super neat too and you can’t go wrong with free coffee. As well as a car wash and vaccuum, dog park, and many grills. Love it here!

I have lived in the Flats of East Bay for a year and I still love it!! The staff is very responsive and helpful, the grounds are beautiful and the neighbors are friendly. The community events are still lots of fun and a good way to meet new people. We all take pride in our community and work together to keep it lovely. Everything has been smooth and the staff are wonderful. Getting into the apartment was a very simple process and the grounds are wonderful!!
Beautiful buildings surrounding a lake n picturesque oak trees that r old n reach almost to the bottom in f the ground for u pleasure to walk dogs around. Very quiet neighborhood that still has social events twice a month for community. The apartments are lovely with tall ceilings n spacious floors. Washing machines n dryers incl. r the must. Well lit areas wonderful place to call home

After living here for nearly a year I can confidently say me and and my Fiancée absolute LOVE IT HERE!! I work in the apartment industry so I have seen what the norm looks like and The Flats exceed every single expectation thus far! The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful! They’re always there when you need them. The maintenance team is also phenomenal and Chase does a fantastic job with communication and efficiency! The flats are a fairly good apartment complex. Everything is new and clean. Great pool and staff. It’s not top notch but I would recommend it to a friend.

Absolutely an amazing place to be. Everyone is so friendly and LOVE LOVE LOVE the events that they do. Blane, Chelsea, and Alsyon in the office are amazing! Chase, Jima, and Connie are amazing as well to keep maintenance up in the apartments and the property! 10/10 would recommend moving here.

Community and staff are fantastic! Amenities are great and grounds are very well kept. Competitive pricing and great location. Community events hosted by the complex are a great bonus! There are a few things to keep in mind. If you are on the first or second floor you will know your upstairs neighbors intimately. All apartments have laminate flooring which evidently acts as a magnifier of sound. And I don’t mean normal upstairs noise, I mean you will hear everything! To include the sewer line that runs down through the wall that is not sound proofed. So every flush! And if you’re planning on a two or three bedroom and like to cook. Plan on purchasing a fridge. All apartments from 1-3 bedroom are equipped with what amounts to a dorm room fridge. This also applies to the hot water heater. You can squeeze out two short hot showers in the morning!

Very smooth move in experience and the staff was very accommodating. I changed my move-in date and Chelsea was so easy to work with. Chelsea was also helpful in finding the apartment that would be best suited for me.

Love it here. Maitinence is awesome and so is the gym. Chase is great and fixes all problems with condos. I also appreciate the free Starbucks Chai drinks

Could use more parking There have been time when I could not park anywhere near my building . But the apartments are great, and the staff is really friendly and helpful.

I have never felt more at home than I do since I moved here in September. The staff has gone beyond being helpful. My neighbors are great. I am proud to be a resident here and to call this my home I moved here from a house and thought I would feel cramped but that is not the case.

This community is great if you like to walk! Pretty walking paths and scenery! The maintenance crew are amazing, they will take care of your service request in a timely manner. The car wash is very convenient as well as the gym, clubhouse and mail room!

The walls are not very insulated. I can hear happening next-door, which, of course has led my downstairs neighbor to be very frustrated with me stating that I walk too loudly.

This is a wonderful community to live in! The property, amenities, staff, & residents make this the ideal neighborhood to reside in for anyone!
