I'm not exaggerating - the level of excellence at The Fitzgerald in Tampa is unmatched. Newer seven year old building that's thoroughly modern, intelligently designed and meticulously maintained. Ultra clean. Enclosed parking with every floor access. Responsive maintenance staff. Great location in Channelside (aka the Channel District), the place to be in downtown Tampa. Operated by the developer/owner - a key quality factor. Best property management team I've ever encountered. Shout out to Hisham Algahtani who's always 100% on it. Highly efficient application and new resident onboarding process. Full background check to ensure you will have responsible neighbors. The reality is even better than the website.

We have lived at The Fitzgerald for approx 1 mth now. Hisham made our move-in seamless, from orientation, to recommending movers, to the moving in process. All members of the team are hospitable and we received a thoughtful welcome gift gesture on arrival. During the first 2wks our refrigerator was not cooling/freezing effectively, maintenance was notified and promptly addressed the issue by providing us with a replacement refrigerator which works. Our apartment is clean and well maintained, and this is also reflected within the building premises The apartments are very quiet and the residents are mindful. The parking garage has a secure electronic gate that works well. We have lived in many apartment buildings around the globe and within the USA and are currently happy to call The Fitzgerald home.

I’m glad I ended up at the Fitzgerald as it stands out to me as the best spot in this area of Tampa to live. It’s close to Water St, regular downtown, the highway and has most of what you need walking distance away. The building is nice and clean with great floor plans as well.

The apartments are spacious, well maintained and beautiful and we enjoy the great amenities available in the shared spaces as well, including a salt water pool, cabanas/chairs and an upstairs common room. Management staff is friendly, quick to respond to service requests and emails, and the resident portal is easy to use. It's in a great location, walkable to lots of restaurants & downtown. Plus, the neighbors are all really nice and there's a great community here. Highly recommend living at the Fitzgerald!

The Fitzgerald staff made the entire process a breeze starting from the tour up until the move in and the customer service is phenomenal. The pool area gives off a resort style atmosphere and the place is absolutely gorgeous at night. Plenty of lounge chairs/cabanas to go around. I can't say enough good things about this complex!
