8 months ago, maintenance replaced our bedroom blinds with a much smaller version, leaving a margin of window uncovered on 3 sides. They closed the maintenance ticket. I reopened it. They closed it again. 8 months later, we still have a bedroom window (facing an interior courtyard) where the blinds do not cover the window. Also, you'll find they are very heavy handed with fees and fines. Our lease allows the fitzgerald to charge $25 per month that we fail to maintain renter's insurance. On 22 January, the policy we had on file expired and we received an email asking us to update our documentation. 10 days later we were charged $50. Lease allows for $25 fine per month. Fitzgerald charged $50 for 10 days. Additionally, our policy did not lapse. This was a simple matter of us sending the updated policy docs. In summary, the Fitzgerald fined us $50 for responding in 10 days with renter's insurance documents while at the same time taking 8 months to resolve a very simple maintenance request. Have sent multiple emails to the leasing office as well. Hopeful we can get to a resolution before we move out in August.

I moved here in April and I can say this was the most stress free move ever. The staff was and has been patient effective and understanding. They have always assisted when I needed. Maintenance has been very attentive and punctual…. I love it here…..The PM and staff have made this the easiest and most comfortable place to live

Horrible customer service once they got their non-refundable deposit. There was a small disagreement that I thought could have been solved by speaking to the property manager. However, now I know they were just making things up. THEY DIDN'T SEND MY LEASE FOR 2 WEEKS JUST TO CHARGE ME MORE. Which is so unfair and when I asked about the price increase they insisted I was confused, there was nothing that could be done, and offered to let me move in 2 days earlier which they previously said impossible. The manager didn't even have the decency to call me and clarify things. Had to give up on them, but better to see their real customer service before I decided to move in.

As a satisfied resident, I spread the good word about this property to colleagues. The housekeeping and concierge team (LaCara as exec lead and superb conflict management skills); Dora and team makes the place smell wonderful though residents have been so negligent in the upkeep of this property. They throw garbage anywhere and the housekeeping team humbly restores the high quality of cleanliness. Shamira and her team (Pam) are heros without capes. Maintenance is super flexible and responsive to repairs and they are very friendly and professional. They are super! They make us feel welcome. I hope theyre recognized and rewarded for their stewardship. The teams mentioned are a rare find. So grateful for this welcome to Baltimore experience.

The Fitzgerald is a great choice for secured, high rise quality living, especially for commuters. Convenient access to the Light Rail and Penn Station being within walking distance continues to be a huge selling point for me.

The Fitzgerald has been a beautiful, safe, comfortable community to live in. I'm so glad I found it. The studio apartment is better than any studio layout I saw in the city and is perfect for someone living alone. The appliances and apartment features are modern and clean. The staff is extremely helpful.
I enjoy living at the Fitzgerald tremendously. I love the convenient location of being in the city, but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The property is beautiful and well take care of - I really like the meditation garden. The staff are great, always nice and efficient of taking care of any concerns right away. Maintenance is phenomenal and they make sure to handle maintenance requests immediately. Overall, it's a lovely community and I'm glad I can call the Fitzgerald home.

My husband and I lived at the Fitzgerald for close to 4 years and we absolutely loved it. The building is beautiful, our apartment felt like home and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and modern. We had 2 large walk in closets, stainless steel kitchen appliances and large windows with an incredible view. The location couldn’t be better - we were steps away from the light rail and Penn station and there is an attached garage with ample parking. The amenities were fantastic; we rented out the lounge area for a family party and our guests all commented on how beautiful the space was. There is also a pool, gym and movie theater. Maintenance requests are fulfilled within a day, the concierges go out of their way to really get to know you, and the office staff has always exceeded our expectations. We loved living at the Fitzgerald so much that we decided to really only look at Bozzuto managed buildings for our next apartment home. I can’t say enough good things about the Fitzgerald - it really is a wonderful place to live!

The Fitzgerald is awesome and apartment building is by far the nicest hands-down around the Baltimore area. Not only is the Fitzgerald a welcoming place to live, but the staff is really nice and take quality care in helping with maintenance issues. I have been living here for three years and highly recommend it to others.

Moving into the Fitzgerald was great experience for a college student who has never leased an apartment before, the staff were incredibly helpful and resourceful and made sure everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend the Fitzgerald to my peers in a heartbeat!

It's just a good place. Friendly people, good amenities. Apartments are nice, it's quiet. Clean. But the best part by far is the staff. It's a nice building with nice people running it, who don't ever seem to mind to help out.

I have been here at Fitzgerald for a few months now. The service they provide is excellent. They usually take care of the maintenance issues within 24 hours. The only problem is with some of the neighbors that may not have the best neighborly behaviors (leaving their shoes or even sometimes their trash in the hallway.).
I cannot say enough great things about the Fitzgerald Building in Mt. Vernon, Baltimore. The building is modern yet comfortable. There are multiple community spaces including a "cyber cafe" with Dell and Mac computers, a printer/fax machine, etc., an in-ground pool, a movie theater (with 8 reclining chairs!), and "lounges" with a pool table, kitchen for entertaining, fireplace, etc. My friends often remark that it feels like a hotel! Happily though, to me it feels like home. The community also has a gym that never seems to get crowded; I haven't yet had to wait to use any of the cardio machines. The maintenance staff responds to requests in 24 hours (or they will take 1 day of rent off of your bill for every additional day that your problem is not resolved). The apartment units are beautiful with large windows, stainless steel appliances, and ample storage space. The building is a short walk from Penn Station (which is a huge transportation hub!) and sits just steps away from a light rail stop (only 2 stops away from Union Craft Brewing heading north and a short ride to Camden Yards when heading south). When moving in and seeing the light rail so close to home, I was worried about noise and safety. The noise is nothing more than a quiet hum when the windows are closed and as a woman in my late twenties, I always feel safe coming home and being greeted by the concierge here who ensures that only residents are freely coming and going. The building sits in a beautiful neighborhood with many free events including the world's largest free arts festival, Artscape! I'm so happy to call this place home!
I have just moved in and so far everything has been excellent.
