I love it here. But, you can't choose your neighbors. All is good though. The smoking irritates me. The staff here at the finch are great. Parking is tough sometimes.
Every aspect of moving in was made convenient and exciting. The office has a staff that’s welcoming and beyond helpful. The amenities create a very peaceful environment.
Just moved into the finch and all the residents have been very welcoming and friendly. I’m so happy I moved into the finch definitely 5 stars!
The Finch is a good place to stay if you want to wind down and relax in peace. There are no loud or obnoxious cars driving, people are respectful of your home and surroundings so there wont be any noise complaints occurring. The 3-4 events they host per month is also well thought out and very fun!
Love living here! It is so quiet and peaceful!! All of the residents seem wonderful! Landscaping came today and they were so attentive. The front office ladies are amazing as well!

The staff has been so helpful with addressing concerns we have had with trash and noise. The staff is always welcoming and they are very responsive. The only concern with living here is the parking situation. On the weekends and most weekends days it is so hard to find a spot outside my building. I wish there were a system to limit guest parking and prioritize residents.

Well kept. I have no issues at all. My apt is great. I love it here. I do wish there was a car center. The staff is great. I would like to rent a garage but, can't afford the monthly fee. No biggie though. Can't wait for the pool to open. I practically live there. I will probably renew my lease.

ME and my Partner have been here for 3 months now, and the stay has been Very enjoyable for us, No sleepless nights due to loud neighbors, no crazy animals or pets running around off of leashing. It is very secure and has a lot of amenities around the complex, like nice grocery stores, beautiful parks, and nice restaurants to dine on a nice evening. I recommend the finch!

Trash doesnt alwayd get picked up but other than that its been good the staff is helpful and always respond to calls first thing on mondays.

The community is great! The location is fantastic! However, the apartment came with a great deal of issues. Some issues range from mildew issues, sink without hot water, etc.

So clean and everyone is so friendly! If I have had an issue it was fixed within 24 hours which is amazing. They have so many events to allow you to get to meet your neighbors and have something to do.

Super quiet and peaceful. I go out on nightly walks and often see people walk their dogs too. The lights are always on so it is nice to go. I also love the fact that the office and maintenance staff is quick to reply. I had an issue with ants and they came out to assist and patched the hole the ants were coming from.

Just moved in and the customer service has been wonderful. It is a beautiful community, and it is a great place for a dog to live. Plus, the community is smoke-free. Another amenity is the valet service for trash pick-up from your front door, five days a week.

I have lived here for over a year and have no intentions of leaving!! The community is unbelievably friendly and welcoming. It's extremely dog friendly and everyone enjoys and respects everyone else's animals! Kids can run in the green spaces and play and swim. I have always felt safe and secure here and have always enjoyed my neighbors. The Finch had been an overall positive experience in my life when I truly needed it and I'm thankful to continue to call it Home.

The staff has been responsive and helpful, addressing maintenance requests promptly and ensuring a welcoming experience for residents. My apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, with modern appliances and ample storage. However, I’ve noticed occasional noise from neighboring units, which can be disruptive at times. Additionally, parking can be a challenge during peak hours.

Very nice complex in a great location. The staff is excellent. The common facilities are well maintained. I have been pleasantly surprised at how quiet the nights are given how close you are to anything you would need. It's just far enough off the major routes to be both quiet and convenient. I am new here, but it has been great so far.

Finch is great when it wants to be. Hallways are still filled with critters and webs, even after told they would be power washed. Neighbors leaving exposed trash in the hallways days and weeks at a time just not a pleasant site.

The community is so nice and quiet. Neighbors are friendly, location is great, and the office staff and maintenance are the best! Also, the amenities are excellent.
