The Felicity lives up to the literal definition of it's name. It is ideally located and has a phenomenal Staff. Perfect for a Live Work Play Lifestyle.
I had to move to Savannah without the opportunity to tour any apartments in person. The staff at the Felicity on Perry did a fantastic job of answering any of my questions, including offering to do a virtual tour for me so that I could be confident in my decision to move here. The property is clean, quiet, and very comfortable.
I love living here! These apartments are gorgeous and the community has so much to offer. Great location, cheaper rates, amazing staff, and overall a good choice.

The Felecity on Perry is amazing! They’ve exceeded my expectations as far as amenities, the apartment building is gorgeous and I feel taken care of here. I use amenities at my leisure, they’re clean and up to date, I feel secure with the smart tech used to get in and out of the building and various rooms, I’m already recommending this place for friends that are considering moving. Do it, it’s a great choice and the staff are impeccable, very nice, knowledgeable, and are ready to help you and make you feel at home.
