Its a nice neighborhood great amenities grounds are clean (except for a few residents not picking up after their dogs but manager had addressed that!) its clean looks nice and kept up and like our location . The Deer and turkeys ground hog lives in the back lol cardinals other birds etc. Rent is on the higher side. But over all happy.

I have all good things to say! Staff is always kind and helpful, there wasn’t a time that if I had a problem it was corrected in a timely fashion, the grounds of the community was always kept clean, all around a great place to live. I am in love with my apartment. I don't remember how I found it when I was looking to relocate back to TN. I made a spreadsheet with a few apts in a few different towns. This was always my first choice. I needed 1st floor because I am getting older and can't do the stairs with groceries anymore and I have lived with stairs for over 25 years. I started calling the office probably the fall of 2023. I am positive the ladies might have thought I was crazy lol. I had so many questions. I felt like it was totally transparent. Best reviews I have ever seen and the outside/arial views were very helpful to me because I have lived in HUGE cities for many years and wanted something smaller. I have only been here a week, but I highly recommend it. I had a really bad move and Kim was so sweet and went the extra mile for me when I knew I wouldn't make it in time for the office hours. Its so incredibly beautiful here, so quiet.

not a fan. Paint was terrible when i first moved in, floors chipping as well. the pool rules are terrible ! you can’t even invite friends or family over to swim the guidelines are terrible ! most apartment complexes do not care about that.

Used to be great! Have an apartment with prime view, and paid for that. Now building a dog park in view and have no dog or pets. Was told pool was open year round when moved here and has been till this year. Now told closed till...who knows when. Getting worse the longer I live here!

After seeing several apartment complexes in Columbia, I chose The Farm at Golston Hill and that has proven to be the perfect choice for me. The leasing agent, Kim, had a huge influence on my decision to live here. She was absolutely wonderful in answering questions, scheduling a tour, and explainiong policies and procedures. Kim is a big reason for my five star review and I would give her more stars if I could. The maintenance staff did a fantastic job of pre-treating and plowing the roads during a recent winter storm. A very nice maintenance person arrived to fix my thermostat in less than five minutes after I reported the issue. The complex is well maintained and the clubhouse facilities are very nice. I am extremely happy to be a resident here.

I’ve never found better apartments than these in all of Columbia. No complaints about the apartment itself, the amenities, or the location. All of it has been ideal for me; would recommend these apartments to anyone.
it is so peaceful and quiet here. it’s got a beautiful view of columbia and a very pretty sunrise and sunset!! 10/10 recommend living at the farm of golston hill!!!!

To start with let me just tell you I love living here at the farm At Golston Hill. The leasing agent is wonderful. Her name is Kim and she will do anything she can to help you. The maintenance team is awesome. Anytime you have maintenance issues, write down to replacing the batteries in your smoke alarm, all you have to do is put in a work order and someone will come to help you. Most of the neighbors are very friendly. I have a wonderful apartment and it has a wonderful view summer and winter. In the summer, I just have green leaves and trees to look at which I love, and in the winter time you can see all the lights of the city through the trees. In the summertime, we have a pool, and there’s also a grill which you can use anytime. There’s also a small gym. There is a big garbage compactor where you take your trash. And plenty of space outside to walk around the parking lot for exercise not to mention the giant heel out front if you’ve got it in you. And it’s a beautiful place.

Apartment is beautiful and we’ve had zero issues so far, Kim was great getting us set up and I actually referred my buddy from work who is now moving in on Friday, wish they had a jacuzzi tho!
