Es un lugar tranquilo para rentarse con la familia,Precio algo alto,aunque siempre tienen excelentes especiales,pero definitivamente muy buena ubicación en Naples y vecinos tranquilos, hasta el momento no tengo queja alguna y me siento bien aquí.El actual equipo administrativo de la oficina y de mantenimiento es muy competente y agradable.
This is the worse place to live, management don’t care about anything, they don’t take care of the property, I never got a walkthrough when I move in; I’m waiting to see what they are going to try to stay with my money. Don’t move here this property is not worth the money you pay for it.
Do not do it!! The a/c goes out constantly, mold in the floor and walls, all appliances are outdated and go out regularly, it is impossible to get repairs done, chinese drywall, they go through maintenance and management staff about monthly.
This place is such a disaster it's amazing people still live here. It's turning into the ghetto with the undesirable people that are renting here due to management letting anyone in. Jamyra is apparently following in the footsteps of the last property manager.
