To be honest, "The Falls" was actually my 2nd choice. After multiple tours throughout Sacramento County, I submitted an application to a property in Fair Oaks. A week into the process, things went sideways and I had to withdrew my application. This threw me into "rush mode" due to the time lapse and the need to vacate from where I was staying. Literally, out of the sky drops Trina and Brionna, senior members of the leasing team at The Falls. After learning my story, they flew into action like super heroes, helping with my application process, securing my approval and keys to my new rental. Gotta mention, Daniela, Adrianna and Veronica who are members of the same team that helped with my, "over the top" leasing experience. Trina, I appreciate all that you, Brionna and the rest of the team did to help me at a very critical moment in time. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

We are so happy that we chose the falls as our home. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Trina and Daniela do a great job of managing the community. Maintenance is fast, friendly and professional. Carlos is awesome! The community events are always super fun too! Definitely a 5 star experience. We highly recommend living here!

The management team on this property is amazing. Daniela, Trina and Maintenance Manager Carlos are all great. We had issues at the beginning but they came to got all together and resolved all the issues. That is refreshing to see. Property is clean, the walking trails are fun. All three amazing !!!

Had so much break in 8 months The management is rude and very pushy The rules they have are unnecessary The neighbors where nice & mostly quiet They only give you 3 days before they charge you a late fee $500 non-refundable deposit so it doesn't madder if you clean the apartment they take it anyways All and all I wouldn't live here again or suggest it to anyone else.
Between all the green space, tennis courts, basketball court, gym, and two pools...it is better than going away for vacation! Responds to what few issues I have had quickly and courtesly! Great access to Folsom trails for walks or biking. Close to CAISO, Kaiser and Intel; not far from Blue Shield. Short drive to 50 where you go east for Tahoe or west for bay area. It is perfect!
