Waste of time

I lost my time applying for this place. Management don’t care about any questions you might have! No explanation or reasoning on anything! Overall waste of time and money!

Nice area

I just moved here a lil over a month ago and I’m very impressed with the maintenance guys and how quickly they respond and gee things done. Everything is close by stores, restaurants, movie theater are all within walking distance

Decent community

This community is pretty decent. They want me to give it 5 stars, but I just can’t. It’s been through a lot of changes with management and the current staff is ok. They recently added 2 new buildings and a new clubhouse and pool. They also jacked the price of rent up. I’m in an older building and luckily have had no issues. But I’ve heard stories of things like water leaks from the roof, appliances not working, etc. the good news is that the maintenance staff is quick and efficient. The new clubhouse and pool are nice as well. Location is great also. They are also doing more community wide events and stuff. The negatives Biggest is the lack of parking. There are not enough spaces for everyone. They have parking stickers, but have not enforced them in over a year, thereby allowing non-residents to use the parking lots and forcing paying residents to park on the street or far from their own building. Noise wise, my building is pretty quiet, but I’m on the top floor and in the corner. But you can hear through the walls just walking down the hallways, and if you have neighbors above you, especially if they have kids, you will hear them. Also, they allow pets, so be prepared for dog barking. Hopefully you get lucky and don’t have a neighbor with a dog that barks at everything and anything. At night, you can also hear the nearby trains, but they’re not super loud. There have also been quite a few times where new renters try to be sneaky with their cigarette and marijuana smoking, but not sneaky enough, so be prepared for that. They also once changed the length of my renewal lease without any warning, from 12 months to 8 months. And of course they raised my rent both times. I would still recommend living here, but they need to fix the parking issue and chill out on raising the rent so much for the older buildings that I would not call “luxury.” The main things keeping me here for almost 7 years, is the location, the pool, and being in a quiet part of the building.

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews

I've been apartment living since 2015 so I've had my fair share of issues, but this apartment complex is truly the worst. It's ridiculous the monthly rental price with nothing to show. They nickel and dime and charge for every little thing. Appliances are terrible. Flooring is terrible. Management is absolutely terrible. They care more about throwing a pool party than tending to their tenants. Stay away from this place. It's not worth your money AT ALL.

Stay away, save your sanity

This is by far the worst complex I have ever rented from, management prays every day that you fail to micromanage anything related to bills. Their online portal is horrendous, there’s no leniency, and anything not given 2 years advance notice on will result in some sort of fee. Want to pay your rent? $40 fee. Your dog takes a dump and you happen to miss it? $150 fee. Apartment always has something broken? You bet. Everything in the apartments must be great value brand. Just stay away, you’ll be happier.

Love the location & Amenities! Old Buildings Need Modern Updates

Lived at the Falls for just over a year now & it has been a great experience! Best part during summer has 100% been the pool. It’s a nice way to cool down, tan, & relax! Having a gym onsite during winter is a life saver to make it easy to keep active even in Wisconsin snow. Speaking of snow, the Falls is on-top of making sure landscaping is taken care of & sidewalks/parking lots are clear! As a family with cats, we appreciate that attentiveness to the exterior. Our cats absolutely love stalking the birds that hangout on the trees just outside our windows. Another thing to appreciate is the abundance of natural lighting!! We barely have to turn our lights on because of that. Yes, the construction on the clubhouse & new luxury buildings have caused many headaches when it comes to parking—even when you own a garage since it takes a great deal of turns to angle your car in. However, the Falls’s staff does well when it comes to updating the residents on construction progress. It would also be great if they updated to modern systems like electrochromic entry by phone rather than an intercom. But having vinyl flooring throughout the main living areas makes up for that! Even through my husband & I do want to buy a house in the nearby future, it’ll be hard to find something like our current apartment’s location. Living here means there is convenience since you are in proximity to all of the grocery stores, shopping centers, & restaurants! We are all very happy to be residents of The Falls! :)

Recommend

Great staff and location! The office and maintenance team are quick to answer/fix any issues or concerns you may have. Location is awesome even with the road construction going on around us. Multiple places to do any type of shopping even late at night when a lot of places are closed or about to close. The only issue recently has been parking but this is due to construction going on for the new building and hopefully will be a lot better once that is finally done. We do see quite a bit of cars without permits park in the resident parking lot which increases the frustration. Other than that, a great place to live and definitely recommend!

Great place !

Falls at Pike Creek has been a great place to live. I've met lots of nice people, and the apartment and maintenance staff is very courteous, friendly, and professional. Amanda and Morgan are excellent at addressing all your needs. The units are nice and spacious and clean, and the amenities are really awesome! Also, lots of shopping and restaurants everywhere; therefore, great location. I would strongly recommend living here.

Living the dream

A great and comfortable place to live. Management really works hard at making our home beautiful and fun, from several community events, acknowledging special holidays, and making sure questions are addressed. The Falls at Pike Creek is in the center of everything within walking distance, including stores, restaurants, and several bus routes, if needed. I wouldn't live anywhere else.

Love The Falls!

We have lived at The Falls for 4 years & love it here! The location is so convenient for shopping & only a short distance from downtown. We have seen nothing but continued improvements since Legacy, the present owners, has purchased the property. The property manager, Amanda, is great! She cares about all of the residents & takes time to listen when we go to her with questions or requests. She does all she can to accommodate each resident's needs. The maintenance guys are quick to fill work orders as needed & make sure things are done correctly & in a timely manner. Rent is reasonable for the area & increases are reasonable. This is a great community to call home, and we are so glad it's ours!

Absolutely love living here! Moved in to a one bedroom and loved it so much so moved into a two bedroom. They made the move so easy and efficient! Anytime I need something they always are willing to problem solve to assist me! Amanda is always so attentive and so kind! And so welcoming if we need anything. And Jamie is always on top of it! When something occurs he fixes it as quickly as they can!

Great Location, Property and Staff

This is a fantastic apartment complex community to stay in and call home. The community is great and we have made many friends within out building and everyone is friendly and helpful. I LOVE the fact that these buildings have a two key system to the buildings as it makes me feel a lot safer. Knowing that the doors lock automatically just gives you a sense of safety. The sidewalks are really nice as well. The property is very well kept and attended to. Amanda is the absolute best property manager and she is so kind and attentive. She truly cares about her residents and making this place feel like home to the people that live here. The construction is not as bad as one would think, they are making some great additions to the property and we are excited to see that coming along! Jaime is part of the maintenance team and he is fantastic and friendly, always available to help and says hi whenever we pass each other. It's not super loud here except for the through traffic on 67th street and 70th court. Otherwise the view and feel of this place is great. Amanda has been beyond helpful since the very beginning and I always enjoy my interactions with the property staff as they make it a wonderful experience no matter what the circumstances and make you feel very well taken care of. Morgan has also been a great addition and is very attentive! Could not say enough good things about the staff as well as the place itself.

Already feeling like home!

We moved into these apartments in January of 2022 and have loved our experience so far! Everyone here is so nice and welcoming, and the property management members are great! We love the community events and attention to detail from administration. The location is super convenient, and we feel safe as well. The apartments themselves are nice. There are so many other pet owners that this is great place to live if you have a dog or cat! The only issue we’ve had so far is parking; it feels like there isn’t quite enough parking spots. But that hasn’t really been that big of a problem for us. We’re excited for the upcoming additions and renovations!

Worst Place To Live

Terrible Property Management. KEEP LOOKING. Worst Place I have EVER lived! The management of this property is terrible, rude, and simply ill-equipped to manage property where people live. They change the rules at will, and when I confront them I'm told "we are a private property, we can change rules whenever we want". After 7 months here, I just can't take it anymore and am moving. The last straw was having my car towed, with a validly posted parking sticker in it, because they want it stuck to the window and not in a parking permit holder on the dash. This was one of their new rules they made up a month ago. I'm filing a suit in court to recoup my $671 towing costs, but it actually made me feel a little better just having the police officer that came out tell me it was petty. Finally, someone with a logical thought in their brain! So, my advise is to find another place to live if you want to live in peace. P.S. the elevator is broken in our building most of the time, so try for a 1st floor if you dare to move here.

Awful Property Management!

We have been living here for 2 years now. At first, it was such a great place to live! Since MPC Property Management has taken over the Falls, the complex has been completely neglected at best. Facilities and amenities are in constant disrepair and never tended to, while rent is raised seemingly at random. We were forced to re-sign our lease MONTHS before it was up. Our building has been without hot water for over 3 weeks now. DO NOT rent from these people!! This complex is falling by the wayside very quickly.

New residents

We've been here a little over 3 months and already want to stay forever. The location is amazing, the neighbors are quiet, and everything is maintained better than expected. Amazing value in living here!

Great Living

I have been living here for 8 months. I really enjoy it here. My apartment is great. Place is clean. I would highly recommend it. Not sure what the last person said about traffic, but they don't know how to spell anyway.

Pike Hills Creek

Besides some annoying traffic and the ocational annoying neighbor it's a noce cozy place to live. You almost forget you're living in an apartment, it feels like a small home. Plus with the pool, sauna, and work out area it totally makes up for little annoying things!
