Property Ratings at The Falls at Marina Bay
When you have a property that is nice and in demand, I suppose it's easy to forget customer service and the little details that really set you apart from other communities. That was the overwhelming feeling that I had as I went through the application process, which turned out to be the worst that I've ever experienced. During the process: -My contact information was lost twice. -It took 2 days for an application to be emailed after I requested to apply because they lost my contact information and were waiting for me to call back. -I had to follow up on unit inquires myself after several promised but missed phone calls from the leasing agent. -I felt pressured to come in with application fees for a unit that I hadn't yet seen, which I found to be a different floor plan than what was described. -I was given a take or leave it attitude because I raised concerns about the differences. -I had my application cancelled because I asked too many questions to clarify the floor plan and unit I was attempting to lease. This is a very condensed version of how bad the experience actually was and I'm very disappointed to say the least, but I hope I can spare someone else a similar experience and as waste of time.
As a former employee, I witnessed disturbing conditions at The Falls at Marina Bay. Severe mold issues in Midrise units were ignored while management focused on appearances and recently a fire was displayed all on ABC 7 News. Staff faced harassment, verbal abuse, and threats of termination if they didn’t sign NDAs. This toxic environment hides behind glamor. Renters and job seekers, be warned this is not just mismanagement, it's deception. Authorities must investigate.

We are so thankful to have found this place. Marta, Hollie, Jenn and Irene are FABULOUS. The maintenance here is fantastic and very efficient. Ms. Mary is truly the best, you will always see her smiling face and kind soul, welcoming you into the building. The amenities are great, that brand new spa is going to be awesome. We are never leaving, we’re home.

The girls who works in the Leasing office make all the Process Easy they have Really good Energy thank you Melissa
Once you move out they will give you a final bill, which is normal when you move out of an apartment. In order for them to send you a final bill you give them information like your new mailing address and phone number. This is exactly what I did when I moved out. A month or so later I received the final bill and mail them a check which they cashed. Everyone would expect that to be the end but its not. They then wait almost a year and then send you to collections for the final bill that you already paid. The debt collector is now threatening to ruin my credit if I do not pay it again, according to their letter they sent me. A few things here is very upsetting. First, if the Falls at Marina Bay believes I owe them more money, why wouldn't they call or send me a letter, since they have all my information. Second, I called an spoke with them prior to sending them the check to ensure we were on the same page, they then acknowledge receipt of the check. I do understand times are tough but that does not give them the right to do this. I now have to contact a lawyer to see what my options are in getting this resolved without affecting my credit. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else!
Melissa was amazing, proactive, always available to answer my bothersome questions. Gina was great in getting me an approval. Hermes was very welcoming and overall fantastic customer service. This team went above and beyond to find me the perfect unit and get me approved. highly recommend
This place is so run down. Make sure you your before signing. The pool is disgusting. Mold on the walls and concrete disintegrated. Scary to even get in. Half the chairs are.broken and they are filthy. That lack of care shows throughout the property. I wish I could post pictures.
Falls at Marina Bay has been the best place I have lived at. I have lived here for the last 5 years and can’t thank the friendly and amazing staff enough for everything they do. I always feel like I’m on vacation when arriving from work and love the views from all areas. Falls at Marina Bay has everything around that I don’t even need to leave. I have found it very peaceful and all my neighbors are great. When I need anything fixed, I can always count on the Marina Bay team to have it fixed as quickly as possible. I want to also thank Ms. Mary, Maurice, Hermes, Karint, Jason, and Lilian for letting me call this place home. I recommend this place to everyone that wants to find a great place with friendly staff and neighbors.
I highly recommend the Falls at Marina Bay. It is our third month now, and we are really enjoying it. The leasing office is the best among others I have visited during my apartment search. Joann has helped us a lot and made our move easier. She was friendly and helpful to make our move happens. I would rate this place more than five stars for its location, amenities, management, safety, and maintenance.
Falls at Marina bay is beautiful I love living there but I do think is a little overpriced since I really don't use all the amenities. They have an ok gym, a sauna, they have a computer room that I barely use but if you need to do a school project or print something out it is very useful, they also have raquetball court which I really don't use either. I love the pool area I think is beautiful it makes you feel like you are on vacation. There is a marina with beautiful yachts which makes it a great walk. Maintenance is pretty good and management has been very friendly and professional so far.
