Fairways of Inverrary

This place is poorly maintained, the parking was a nightmare and I was towed for parking in my “assigned spot”. If the condo was cheaper I wouldn’t complain but that’s what I signed up for .. glad to be out of there.

Terrible place to live and the cost is ridiculous considering the environment, the lack of proper administration and communication. They won't tell you when you sign the lease but they have major structural issues to a majority of the buildings. Major construction work M-F. Noise no one should have to live with. Don't walk through any of the grass because there are dog droppings everywhere. Don't recommend walking small children around the complex because there is always trash everywhere. Good luck getting help from anyone at the office. If you need to know something important like elevator being down or no access area don't expect any kind of notice.

The views and size of the studio apartment was amazing but that’s about it. Elevators never work, entrance/exit gates are always broken, the fire alarms go off randomly so you never know if it’s real or not. It floods horribly when it rains, there’s sewage issues that make the ground floor of the building smell horrendous. When I need assistance from the leasing office, it’s like pulling teeth. The ladies never know anything. I got a new car and needed to update the information and they kept denying the changes resulting in my car almost getting towed. It’s convenient because it’s located near a lot of things, but no longer worth the headache. It really sucks having to walk 7 flights of stairs with your laundry and groceries or have to assist elderly residents to their apartment because they live on higher floors when the elevators are out.

Plumbing is terrible. You’ll have a lot of issues with water pressure. It floods when it rains. Elevators break often. Guest parking is barely enough and inconveniently located. Gate is almost always broken as is the call box to get into the complex or the front door for that matter. Laundry room isn’t really helpful either. No one answers the phone in the leasing office often enough to get a lot of help from them. A/c units break often as well. Maintenance is very responsive, but you’ll be setting up a lot of calls to them. Apartments are large, spacious, and have some great views. You save money but get a lot of headache.

I love living in this community. The office staff is great, especially Kathy. She is so friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond.

I have been living here for a year and have nothing but good things to say about the management team. I have renewed my lease and plan to do so for many more years to come

Rosie, Katie, and Ilana - office staff are no help and never care. This was a very horrific experience. When i moved out they sent my info to collections instead of reaching out to me via phone and then when i received a collection notice and called them called them about it, Katie pretty much called me a liar. I have never paid my rent late in six years. VERY disappointing.. They need a new property manager.

Staff is friendly, apartments are huge! only down fall is no washer and dryer.

I am super happy that I chose to live here! I’ve dealt with my fair share of leasing offices and bad customer service and this has not only been the complete opposite experience but it has exceeded my expectations. The community amenities are always clean and put together, the staff take the time to care for your needs, all in all you just feel right at home. The residents are also very friendly!

We fell in love with this place as soon as we stepped foot on the property. The walking trails and waterfalls are so peaceful, I find myself out side more than ever. I also enjoy people watching on the golf course and we made a number of new friends here. I can truly call this home.

My best friend moved in to her home a short while ago. She invited me over and it wasn't long before we were touring the whole area and preparing to move as well. This is a great place to live filled with wonderful people.

When I came to check it out, Fairways of Inverray was rumored to be out of my price range. The staff shared with me how it wasn't and took the time to show me all the benefits - like the fitness center that lead me to cancel my gym membership. I am enjoying living here.

The beauty of this place isn't enough. The planners included a lot too. Outside there is a lot to do, like the pools. Inside there are options like the fitness center. The laundry isn't just generic coin operated either. They really thought of everything here.

Finding a nice home with features I both love and can afford felt unheard of before I toured Fairways. I'm so happy and relieved my search is over. Now to get the packing done!

Keeping everything you need in line is far easier when you find the house built to suit your needs. The brilliant design, lovely landscaping, and personal amenities are amazing. Couple all of that with a professional staff and good feeling and you've got Fairways Inverray.

Finding the perfect home on your first try is not something that happens often, but we did it when we found our home at Fairways at Inverray.

I chose this complex without seeing the place or meeting any of the Fairways staff because I was moving. So glad that I did! The amenities here at Fairways are great, and the place is centrally located. I can’t say enough great things about the leasing agents. They really are amazing and have made this place feel like home. Thank y’all so much!

Apartment searching is so difficult, especially when you are extremely selective and have high expectations of lifestyle and cozy and comfortable living in one space. Fairways of Inverray gave me both. This is living at its finest with the space and the view that is ideal, but also a safe and comfortable experience to let me call this place home. The service is extremely hospitable and the management is genuine and professional. I’m glad I chose them and would recommend this choice to others like myself seeking to enjoy class, architecture, and coziness at its finest!

Water pressure is extremely - but extremely - low. It takes ages for the washing machines to fill and takes ages to cook. They lowered the water pressure excessively. This is utterly unacceptable. I do not recommend this place at all. For the same price, you can get substantially better value. Look elsewhere.

I recently moved to Florida and was in search for an apartment in the area. Fairways of Inverray is easily the most luxurious property in the area with unparalleled amenities and incredible staff. The complex provides convenient city living while offering a safe place to call home. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here so far!

This is a great place to live! This was my first home with my spouse and we really enjoy living here. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the property is beautiful, the amenities are great, and we felt very safe living here. I would definitely recommend!

When I was looking for apartments to rent, I visited Fairways pretty early in my search, and immediately knew that's where I wanted to live. Not only was the property a beautiful and secure place, but the staff and community here is unparalleled. This office in particular was incredibly helpful, honest, and made me already feel like I was part of a family here. If you're looking for a place that's beautiful, affordable, secure, and has a sense of community around it where you can meet new friends without even trying, look no further.

Fairways is by far the nicest place I have ever lived. The staff here is wonderful and the grounds look amazing. I have a beautiful one bedroom apartment with a private screened in balcony. I can sit out and read all day, it’s so beautiful. I am so happy here. You should come see yourself!

This is my first apartment on my own and I am IN LOVE! My view is excellent and the size of my studio is perfect (just wish the closet, bathroom and kitchen were a little bigger). The AC does seem to not get cold enough unless you turn it down to 72 or 73 and in the daytime, my FPL bill says my apartment gets up to about 85 degrees even though I turn the AC on 77 before I leave, plus it's theres a really loud switch click when it turns on that always makes me jump. I do agree that there aren't enough guest spots because after about 8PM, you can definitely forget it. The office staff are very friendly and the overall community is nice as well as the people who live there. I haven't seen any bugs or noticed any mold and the gym and laundry room are both clean and well-lit/functioning. I've been here about 2 weeks so hopefully my positive experience continues!

The day we moved in we noticed a really bad mold like smell coming from the AC. We run the AC all the time and its always 74 to 76 degrees in our apartment. The strong smell was there ever since we moved in, and has been persistent for the few weeks we've been living here. We asked maintenance to inspect the air ducts for us and they flat out denied smelling anything, and said that the black and green spots in the vents were normal. So we hired a mold inspector to look at it and he performed a mold test and air quality test and we got the results back yesterday. The air quality test said that there is indeed mold in the air and this place is not suitable for living anymore. I cannot believe that management and maintenance lied to our faces about this mold issue.

This place has all the potential in the world to be better than what it is now. First, they need to accommodate to their residents. They need to do something about the guest parking. There is no comfortable way for your guest to come and visit you, without having to worry about their car being towed. There is simply not enough guest parking. Too many residents live in guest parking that don't actually live here. The price is right for this area. The size of the APT is just right, compared to what is being offered out there. Again, this place has potential to be great. I hope they see that and start looking out for their paying residents. I have read other people's experiences, and i think I am lucky. My unit is clean, Mold and bug free...however, my surroundings could be more appealing. You get what you pay for.

I rented a studio here in 2013. The apartment looked decent for the price but turned out to be a dump. I moved here from the northeast and never knew what baby roaches looked like. Then a friend pointed out that I did have a roach infestation. I thought they were just tiny bugs. At night, people were clearly selling drugs and being rowdy. I literally did not ever stay a week before I broke my lease. I talked to management and expressed my concerns but they refused to give me back any money. I wasted time and money on this dump.

I have lived here for about one year. I feel like they need to invest in remodeling for the apartments and afterward increase the rents by 30 per month. I have seen this done before. That is enough money for an upgraded kitchen, bathroom, water heaters, and AC as needed. Other than that, they have mold issues, AC issues, and my AC is very inefficient (probably very old). In my studio, during the summer I put it on 75 during the day, 70 at night, and my electricity bill is 110-160 per month. During the winter it is about 100.00 per month. Parking is an issue for guests, but at least far away they do have some spaces (I have lived in apartments that literally did not have enough).

Can't wait for my lease to be up so i can move , buildings need do over , they have a mold issue and the parking is horrible , you only get one parking per household and guests parking are limited , you can hardly find parking and u live here , very horrible if only I knew

I moved in to this apartment complex 5 months ago, and it has being nothing but trouble for me ever since i moved in. Two weeks after moving the apartment started to smell very molely. Weeks later i notice my furniture was covered in mole. They blamed it on me not running the A/C when I am not home during the day, so decided to leave the A/C on all day and the problem still exist, I Guess they taught that the A/C running all day would fix the problem well it didn't... Right all my clothes and shoes is covered in mole.. Most night I don't sleep there. To make the place smell good i have air freshners all over the apartment .

I LOVE THIS APARTMANT COPMLEX IT SO CHEYP AND FREE I LUV IT SUH MACH. YOU CAN BRENG YUR GIDS HERE AND EVERTYHING AND THE CATS CAN BE 25 PUNDS O LOVE UT HURE T HANK YOU JEUSUS

Ive lived here for the past 3 years and my AC at least breaks every other month. Always having to call to get fixed at all hours of the day, which was an upside that why would come at 3am, but none the less it was annoying.
