The Fairways at Nutters Chapel

Management is horrible here. The mold is spreading through the vents in my apartment and roaches are a constant problem with other residents around me. None of us are nasty people! Doesn't surprise me considering the kind of freaks they hire to work here. Why don't you try hiring a stable, family oriented, and reasonable MANAGER, instead of pond scum that doesn't care about the property. Watch out for yourselves and your kids. 1 star is too much to give for this place.

First off, this place has a roach infestation. I am one of the cleanest people ever and there are roaches. Since literal day 1! There is poop everywhere you go. The app to pay the rent is absolutely terrible, it charged one of my cards 2 weeks before rent was due and the card wasn’t even connected to my account. So me not knowing this I got charged rent, plus 30 dollars. Few months later same thing happens. I paid the rent and the app glitched and charged the wrong card. Now I’m having to pay a 30 dollar fee for something that isn’t my fault. Also first week in my closet was dropping water everywhere. I can keep going on about this place. Only reason this place is even getting 2 stars is because of the maintenance lady. She is very efficient and kind. Other than that I will never, and I mean never recommend this place.

terrible management and housing in general. do not move here under any circumstances

If there way zero star I would give zero, one is also too much for them, my friend recommended me this place and I dropped an application and security deposit was well.. I received a call that I will be getting my apartment by first week of august and I evacuated my current apartment which was Lindsey property as well. Where they mentioned that 28th of the month I have to evacuate the apartment. But next day I received a call saying I won’t be getting apartment and someone signed a lease with a year so they gave it to them. I tried to talk to several management members but no one helped. One of the staff hung up on my as well. Don’t even mistakenly live at this place.

I had a medical issue and had to break contract by month 5 of a 6 month contract. Even though it was a medical issue, I still had to pay the dues for breaking the contract. Also owners do not pick up dog poop and building does nothing about it, you will see big areas of poop. Overall it’s a nice place to stay if you’re working in Conway. Just don’t break the contract for any reason.

So far so good. We moved in a month ago and up to this point we've had a good experience. Maintenance has been efficient and professional. We paid extra for the golfside for the green scenery, the problem is the disrespectful dog owners who don't clean up after their animals. So right in front of our patio, the joyful view goes away when it's compounded with the smell of poop. I hope that they implement, or enforce the pick up policy. In the meantime, i'll be applying pepper, cayenne pepper, and ground pepper to the front of our area to keep them off the grass.

This is an excellent place to live. Its quiet and maintenance is quick to respond to any need. They keep up quarterly inspections and replace air filters. We have a pool a work out room and computer room as well as a place to have functions such as bday parties or whatever. I don't have to mow or do any maintenance. We are very happy here.
