Lived there only a year but the place and staff are Great. If I ever need another apartment in the area, I will be staying there. Thanks Fairway Club

I am in my 23rd year at the Fairway Club. They have always been good at responding to maintenance requests quickly. They are right off the freeway so travel is convenient out of state and to local cities. They are comparable to other rent in the area. Greenville is nice city with plenty of quality restaurants, sports and theater nearby. There are a few other long term residents here and even some that like here while arranging for permanent housing. Apartment staff is polite, bilingual, and I enjoy living here.

I've only stayed here for 5 months but have liked it so far. I haven't had any real issues to speak of and the rent is reasonable for the area (I looked at 7 places before making my decision). I plan on staying here for a long time. A great place!

My family and I live here and have nothing but good things to say about the Apartment and the staff.

I can honestly say that this is the best place I've ever lived as a rental property,the property is immaculately maintained winter and summer, keeping in mind treating others as you want to be treated,the Staff and Management is a welcome change of pace from the usual leasing agents, the Staff is very courtious, and professional, maintenance is prompt, and knowledgeable, I've only experienced a couple minor issues and were resolved within hours, I also have experienced 1 major issue , my air conditioner failed and was replaced with a new unit within 24 hours,if you would like to live in a quiet respectful community look no further ,get on the waiting list for openings, if you like loud music and drama you won't be happy here,be blessed GBU

If you drive by this place and/or the sister property next to it named "Overlook", take a look at how many expired license plates are parked on the property. This should give you an honest idea as to what is going on here. If that doesn't suffice, walk into any office at any given time and see how you are treated, and if it is genuine. This place has caused me so many problems....I wont even drive on this property again as I don't want to mess up my tires.

I have living at the property for almost a year and it has been absolutely awful. Maintaince is untimely and the management severely lack people skills. I notified them that one of there machines was not working properly and taking people's money and the office clerk simply said okay and that I must call the company and make a report along with the serial number and location of said appliance. And when I questioned her saying that they should be the ones who should call the company and resolve the issue since the appliance is in there care let alone a service which they choose to provide and is on there property she simply said thats not our machine nor our problem and the company will have to refund me but I have seen them for a fact empty the machine to collect the money. When my lease is up I can assure you Fairway apartments will no longer have me a tentant.

Living here for 9 months, great office staff, great maintenance, large quiet apt. Feel very safe here, residents friendly, close to downtown. Nice pool and landscaping. Will definitely renew my lease.

Been living at this complex now for 27 years. Rarely any problems, and those have been resolved very quickly. Staff is very competent and friendly. Easy to get to anywhere from here,

The complex is 10 mins. from Downtown Greenville, SC, 3 mins. from Haywood Mall, there's a public goft course next door, & not to mention the pool & clubhouse. The apartment itself is nice & cozy for my granddaughters & I.
