The Fairpointe at Gulf Breeze

My wife and our two kids, have lived at Fairpointe at Gulf Breeze for the past three years, and it’s been a great experience. We’re moving out now because we just bought a house, but this place has really felt like home. One of the big reasons we chose it was the top-rated school district, and it’s been awesome for our kids. The complex is well-kept, the staff has always been helpful and easy to work with, and the community has a good vibe. Just want to say thanks to everyone for their time and making the last few years memorable.

My boyfriend and I are so happy we found Fairpointe at Gulf Breeze. The location couldn’t be better, he’s at NAS Pensacola and I’m at Hurlburt, so being right in the middle of both of our commutes makes life so much easier for both of us. Gulf Breeze has such a calm, welcoming vibe, and living so close to the beaches is a huge plus. It’s quiet, convenient, and honestly the perfect middle ground for us! So glad we found y’all!

I was coming from out of state and they made everything from the tour to moving a breeze! The rental office staff is super friendly and helpful. The apartment is fantastic for the price, location, and all the amenities. Me & my doggo couldn’t be happier thank you guys!

I recently moved into The Fairpointe, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The homes have stainless-steal finishes and plenty of natural light. The management team is friendly and responsive, always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. Plus, the location is ideal—quiet yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Fairpointe offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. Highly recommend!

I called because I am moving from out of state and saw their ad on apartments.com. I originally thought I wanted to live in Pensacola, but opted to look outside the city too and I just knew I wanted to be near the beach. After talking to Ari at the office she filled me in on the area and explained that it’s actually closer to the beach than the other complex I had been looking at in Pensacola. I set up a tour, still debating exactly where I wanted to live, but I have never felt more at home than when I toured at Fairpointe. I met Ari but ended up touring with Cassidy who is so sweet and funny, her southern charm and hospitality was amazing. Everything was exactly like the pictures if not better! I still have a couple months until I move but I am so excited to move in and set some roots here. Oh and I also really like how close it is to the golf course. -Sarah

I was looking for an apartment in the Gulf Breeze/ Pensacola area and found the perfect blend of community and privacy at The Fairpointe. The location near the water and the schools in Gulf Breeze make this a very desirable location and the staff is responsive and professional.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! The apartments are beautiful and clean, my neighbors are friendly, and the staff goes out of their way to help you! When I moved in they gave me a move-in gift with household essentials and dog treats for my puppy!

This apartment complex is overpriced and not worth the money. I lived in a college town apartment with a front office run by college students that was better run than this one. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything and the A/C barely works to the point where a resident had to buy a window A/C unit just to keep cool during the summer. Office staff can be incredibly dismissive of complaints and will slap a lease violation against you without investigating any claims made by other tenants. Find a different apartment in Gulf Breeze or look in Pensacola or Navarre or rent a house. Not worth it. Also, it took them at least 5 months to repair a broken gate in the dog park that was rusty and dangerous towards the dogs after numerous complaints. A fence that could’ve easily been repaired with very little effort and $20 at Lowes.

The Fairpointe is a good place to live. The rent has gone up since I last applied but that is to be expected especially in this area things seem to have gone up. Quiet area, professional leasing staff.

Office staff extremely polite and helpful..place well kept and nice environment. The area is close proximity to several shopping areas and restaurants, close to Pensacola. The parking is not very great &&at certain times I have to park out of the way of my building. Overall it's a nice community.

I was a resident here for two years before buying a home in Gulf Breeze.(2020-2022) I was very pleased with the staff, the facilities, the location, & the amenities at The Fairpointe! I’ve recommended it to others and will continue to.

one of the smaller complexes in the area we are wanting to stay in. I moved with my girlfriend not too long ago, the area is nice and I’m right in the middle of the two best beaches in the area. Thank you to the ladies (ashley and Tara) for making this move so easy for me and my family. They have been nothing my helpful and professional during our move.

I’ve been here for a few years and have seen much improvements with the complex since the new managers have started. So many fun things to keep the kids occupied outside. I like the pool and cornhole games the best.

Very small area so you don’t have a whole lot of neighbors. . and it stays quiet for the most part. The manager and assistant at the office are nice. I enjoy the pool area very much. Beats the beach traffic

I signed the lease while I was living in North Carolina. Tara and Ashleigh made the moving process extremely easy for us. Everything I had to do, I can do it online! The virtual tour was almost identical to my apartment. The pool is nice and I like that we can walk to Winn Dixie for groceries.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in an apartment complex. Management is trash.

I helped my daughter move into her first apartment the other weekend! The girls in the office were so sweet and helpful. The reassured me the my daughter made the right choice. She is so excited and in love with her very first home! Proud momma

I can walk to the grocery store or cvs. My apartment is nice, it has a nest thermostat. Staff people are nice to.

I moved in with my family a few months ago. the area stays quiet. i love that the community offers storage for my bikes a kayak! i've normally had to a rent a storage unit for my kayaks as there is nowhere else to put it. Tara has been very helpful through out my move in process. I met the manager Ashlea at the last grab and go event and she is super sweet. both of the ladies are very helpful and have given me the best experience in apartment living so far. haven't had any maintenance issues but the service gentleman seems nice! i have recommended this place to my coworkers!

I wouldn't move here maintenance has become slack since Paul left. They are slow to get things fixed. The office girls have been replaced by some that refuse to help and are rude. Every year the price seems goes up $75-$100.

Staff in the office is very kind, but these are just old apartments with a slap of paint and some new cabinets. The floors creak, you can hear the conversation your neighbors are having the walls are so thin, and the garbage man comes every Monday at like 4am to very loudly empty the dumpster. These apartments are overpriced for what you get, you're truly just paying for the location.

My wife and I have lived here for a little over a year and it has been nothing short of amazing. Great facilities, fun monthly community events, dog park, pool, tennis courts, cornhole, the list goes on. The staff here are the best, bar none. Meghan and Carley do absolutely everything they can to make sure anything you need is taken care of. The Fairpointe is also in the best possible location to get to the beach quickly even during the tourist season. If you are looking for your new home this is the place to be.

The grounds are beautiful. I rented this apt while living in another state, sight unseen other than online photos and it was super cute. The staff from leasing to maintenance are all SO nice. Super friendly, and super helpful. They all go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and at home!! Highly recommend??

Before choosing a place to rent in the Gulf Breeze area, come look at the upgrades that have been made in the past few months. The difference is like night and day! The facility exterior is getting an awesome face lift and the pool area is expanding, plus the tennis court is being resurfaced and a 100 plus trees will be planted. The staff (front office and maintenance) are of high quality and very professional. The people in our complex and great to get along with and are mindful of others. Come and join us at this fantastic location and operation!

The interior renovations are great, the property manager is great, and the maintenance guys are great!

My Sister in law lived in these apartment she was treated like royalty. She was on disability and was a widow. They checked up on her often. Krystin the property manager and NicKiy the leasing agent are genuinely the nicest ladies around. The apartment has great storage area two pantries in Kitchen area large walk in closet in bed room and the 2nd bed room has a nice large closet as well. Amazing location near, grocery stores, eateries, & shopping. Fire department and police are very close. Could not ask for a safer area. Very friendly staff and always available. This is the most convenient location in all of Gulf Breeze. The complex is in walking distance of anything you could need for daily living plus the fire department/police department is across the street. Fairpointe @ Gulf Breeze is being completely renovated and the results will be amazing! Pool, tennis court, and a newly built exercise room. Kiddie park and doggie park. Something for everyone!

I have been a resident of this complex for 7 years (originally Golf Villas)and I am pleased to say that now with new owners and a fresh outlook for the future this complex it is a great place to live. Convenient location, safe environment, and friendly helpful office/maintenance team. Fairpointe is within walking distance to Winn-Dixie, Bealls, CVS, 2 banks, pizza place, dry cleaners, 2 hair salons, UPS Store and Mails- A-Breeze. Pensacola Beach is just minutes away for a great day in the sun. I would highly recommend Fairpointe @ Gulf Breeze for anyone that is looking for an apartment in this area.
