Property Ratings at The Exchange at 1105
The apartment complex is generally well-maintained, but there are significant issues. The walls are incredibly thin; I can hear the toilet flushing from the unit above. Parking is also a major problem most nights. On several occasions, I’ve had to park near buildings 6 or 7, despite living in building 4. In my last survey, I suggested assigning designated parking spots, but it seems that idea wasn’t taken seriously. Additionally, I disagree with the new valet trash and insurance policies. Existing residents should have been grandfathered in under the old terms. Small considerations like these make a big difference when deciding on lease renewals.

I have been here for a year. Love it so far and the room is super clean and nice modern style. The common area is always clean, and the pool is very nice for a relaxing day

Really great apartments for the most part I like them. I definitely recommend if someone asked for an apartment. I put in a maintenance request and they got it done the same day. Sometimes I have trouble getting them to answer the phone, but that they’re good.

I have been here almost a year, and I like the place. Its very peaceful and brand new especially inside the apartment. I feel very refreshing because surrounding with beautiful green space area.

All good so far. Very clean, friendly neighbors. Good gym. Really close to Home Depot and other stores. Garbage fee is the only not good thing and is mandatory.

New apartment, clean facilities are good. The pool facilities are also good. The staff are also friendly. The parking lot is large and has a lot of free space. LaGrange is popular for its new apartments.

Mostly good experience in our second year lease. The apartment itself is beautiful and not had any problems. Noticed a lot of dog poop around the complex which even if I was a dog owner is extremely unpleasant, but it seems to have gotten a little better. However the biggest annoyance is the package room as we had our wedding registry where we did not get notifications from Amazon. If the packages were not in a locker we didn’t know if things had been delivered or not. Also there was one month when the online payment was changed, our automatic payment did not go through and we not aware until we had a notice at our door informing us we had a week to pay the rent and late fee or we would be vacated. We had not missed a single payment and have not since, so I thought that was passive aggressive and could’ve been avoided.

The apartment is new and very clean. I feel safe the whole time I was here. The common area looks beautiful for the little town. I have not been staying in any apartments complex before but so far, I think it has been good over all

It's comfortable and nice to live in The residents are kind, too. It's also close to downtown, so it's good for location. There is also a swimming pool in the apartment, making it easy for children to play in the summer. There is also a gym and barbecue facility, so you can have a party with your friends over the weekend.

Management changes so often that you can't keep up with the changes. Office personnel changes so much you can't even get to know their names. Overall company that manages the complex doesn't care they just want their money..

Nice place to live. Cool community events. Maintenance comes in reasonable time. Staff friendly, problems resolved in a reasonable time. Pool is nice, good for families. Plenty of shaded lounge space. 24/7 gym, 24/7 package room, both super convenient.

Chasidy , the front office staff, is always super helpful and polite. The maintenance staff can always be seen taking care of the grounds and units. Any concerns are addressed immediately with real results. We exchanged units to a larger unit at our lease renewal and chasidy made the transition seamless. We really appreciate everything . And lastly, the amenities are beautiful! The common room is very nice and the pool is a relaxing area to work from home or play. The only couple of suggestions I'd have is a few more items of gym equipment for different workouts and better maintenance and repair for the grills.

It's been good overall. We consider this our home. We have been here for more than two years. It is quiet, and the grounds are maintained well. A few cosmetic and foundation issues in the apartments though.

The move in process was fairly easy, anytime I had questions I just called and they’d answer them right away. The neighborhood seems quite for the most part besides the people who cut the grass here and there but that’s almost everywhere you move.

i love the Exchange! i lived in Buckhead before moving here and it is just so nice not to have to worry about pleasing the neighbors. the walls etc are a little thiner than Atlanta and i can hear the upstairs neighbors. but i still love it.

It’s really nice, only thing it’s the bugs but the cold weather coming soon anyways. Some of the apartment sections where made kind of cheap, but not on a bad way, I love the apartments so far.

The community continues to maintain its high standards of providing clean communal spaces and walkways, well-lit areas and breezeways yield safe spaces and competitive pricing plus amenities offered for its residents. Landscaping is well-maintained and trimmed low for visibility around corners and parking lots. The staff respond quickly to questions and concerns and are professional, approachable and knowledgeable.
