The Estates at Wellington Green Apartments

If there is one thing that's concerned me the most is the gate. People loves to tailgate and broke the gate. Otherwise this is a wonderful and quiet community or maybe where I'm at.

We love living here! Very family oriented neighborhood. Had a misunderstanding when moving in but they fixed it ASAP! Traci is so helpful and personable! And the units are cozy!

I love the community. It is very nice. The gym and pool are perfect for what I need. Maintenance always comes when I need it to. Will rent again.

Omg, Beverly made the experience easy and fast! She was knowledgeable and very supportive and sweet. Even though this was a big move for my family and kids due to the distance, she made me want to move here just from her customer service.

If we renew our lease agreement again it will be our 4th year here, our first foray into Florida living. The amenities are kept well and the location is close to a lot of places one needs to frequent.

We love living here! It’s a large community which can be a little overwhelming but the staff is responsive and maintenance requests are filled in a very timely manner.

I’ve had a great experience living in this community. The management is responsive and professional, always addressing issues promptly. The property is well-maintained, and I feel safe walking around even at night. Amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse are always clean and accessible. My neighbors are friendly, and parking has never been an issue. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-managed apartment complex.

Moving in has not been terrible. There were definitely things in the apartment that should have been taken care of prior to the move in date.

I just wish the property was better taken care of. seems they don’t care who they rent to as long as there aren’t any vacancies.When I first moved in almost 18 years ago this property was so beautiful and well kept.The maintenance crew those who have been here for years Juan,George are great guys.Tracy in the rental office is sweet and very accommodating.There has been a huge turnover as far as the workers.

We are new here. The thing that caught my attention when I was considering moving here was the relaxed aura. Of course I could only hope that would stay when we moved in and it sure has. We are near the lake and the peace and quiet is wonderful as I walk my dog around the perimeter path. Our apartment is very peaceful as well. We don’t hear anything from the people above us walking around. My only complaint would be the windows are thin so we do hear what is going on outside if someone walks by or when the kids are playing but it also lets the bird song come in. Great place to live.

Wellington Green Apartments are a great place with many amenities and a excellent location. We really enjoy living here and the proximity to various restaurants and parks is something truly enjoyable.

Very quiet. Maintenance crew are amazing. Pool area is great. Gym and dumpster could use some work. Everyone is very friendly and overall I would recommend.

I moved to Estates At Wellington in November 2023, and I love living there. The staff is fantastic, always on top of things, and the apartment complex is very safe and clean. I'm glad I made the move, and I've told all my family and friends about this apartment; anyone who moves there will feel at ease. Before I can purchase a home of my own, I hope to live there for a few years.

The apartments are so nice and reasonably priced. The staff was helpful and responded to our emails quickly and really just made the whole move in process easy!

This property back some 10 years ago was beautiful.Unfortunately when you have the wrong people in charge and they don’t care who they rent to,This is when the property becomes run down.As a person living here you have to take pride in your home.Hope things will turn around.

Great place to live and work. So many things to do and see. We really enjoy our life here. The amenities are excellent and the complex is a clean and a peaceful place to live. The added benefits of so many things to do that are nearby is just amazing.

It’s great. Love the food trucks and the trash pickup. No crazy things going on. And very happy with the improvements on the gates- the open and close as they should

Disappointed went from a nice clean community to the cop’s coming in on a weekly basis. Use to rarely ever see cop cars in here. So much shady and strange people

I was very glad to see that the roof tiles were being replaced and that new mulch was put down. I know management works hard to keep the entry and exit gates in working order but unfortunately everyday is an adventure(?) when coming home, one never knows which entry gate will be working…

I’m here 18 years and yes in the past I would have always given a 5.It has nothing to do with the maintenance crew nor ther office staff.They all do an amazing job.It’s unfortunately management.When I first moved here it was beautiful.Those who lived here cared about where they lived.Now unfortunately we are loaded with renters who just don’t care and it seems that they rent to just anybody without totally checking them out.The gate is constantly broken we have people using our pool who don’t live here and just destroy what once was so beautiful .The rent here isn’t cheap and so therefore it angers me.Let’s be a lot more careful when renting.

Great location, big bathroom. The maintenance staffs always took care of things right away. Front desk staffs always friendly. I recommend living here.

Love the apartment and can’t say enough about the great staff. Tracy has been such a great help throughout the whole move in process . She really goes above and beyond to ensure that I am happy .

The appliances are old and no one seems to care about upkeep. I don’t believe the property manager walks the property to see what can be upgraded other than that the residents and the location of the property is great. I love the area

Maintenance crew are awesome. Super quick and attentive. Office staff can be a little hard to get ahold of though. Place is very quiet and well maintained. Overall a great place to live. Close to everything you may need.

Very helpful with our move in we were worried because we were choosing an apartment from our the state but everyone was super helpful and made our move in easy

Living at The Estates at Wellington Green has been a great experience. The apartments are spacious, accommodating and modern. The maintenance and office staff are prompt when answering concerns and addressing issues that are within their scope of work. Any items that require approval can take time to be addressed but I've never had a repair fall through the cracks. The only issue here is that the gates are frequently inoperable due to a resident or resident's guest driving through them and causing extensive damage to entry gate or communications box itself. That aside, packages are always received, there is a feeling of safety and a sense of community at The Estates at Wellington Green. I look forward to being a continued resident.

The community is amazingly clean and safe. The houses are clean, good space in al sections of the house like the bed rooms, leaving room, kitchen and storage areas

This is a great community. Great amenities, great staffs. I barely know my neighbors. The driving in the community can be crazy they could careless if there's kids outside playing.

We have had a great experience moving in. Traci has been super helpful in supporting the learning curve of moving in. We have loved how responsive the complex is to concerns and questions, and concerns are resolved immediately.

Things were so much better when I first moved here and over the past many years.The beauty of the property is no longer the same,things have change drastically The new management point doing such a great job screening people.The renters don’t care they feel I don’t own this. Our gates are constantly damaged yet we have cameras..I hope things change because it once was a beautiful property.

Absolutely love loving here ! It’s so quiet the neighbors are nice I feel so secure in my apartment it truly feels like a home. I’m so blessed to have been able to be able to rent here

We have been living here since February 2024 and we have no complaints! Very peaceful community and lovely neighbors. The lake is wonderful to view day or night

Everyone was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately my unit smells of marijuana and was very dirty when I moved in. That was very disappointing

Absolutely love our new home. The pool and amenities are amazing. My kids love to be able to play outside in a great and safe neighborhood. I also love the food trucks that pop up!!! I Absolutely love how everything is close by and i could even walk to the grocery store if i wanted to. So happy that when moved in this neighborhood.

We are loving living in the Estates! The smart home amenity is amazing and the unit itself is perfect for us. We especially love having a garage for storage!

This community is great, just getting a bit louder than it used to be and the mosquitoes are awful! Anytime you go outside you can expect to get attacked by multiple, and if you have dogs then you can expect the same for them. When I walk my dogs, swarms of 10 mosquitoes attack each dog and myself. Wasn't this bad last year, but this year has been awful. Not to mention, most of the time you can expect atleast 2 mosquitoes to hitch a ride in your car with you everytime you try to get in.

everything went smoothly. From see apartments, to signing lease, and all the apps to help get started in our new home. the apartment is clean and the people we have run into.

I’ve been here for almost 2 years and It’s been fantastic living here. The people here are nice and also the people in the office. Also everything is kept clean.
