The people in the front office and my neighbors have all been very helpful and friendly. I like the gym as well. I don't like too many speed bumps at the South entrance and the constant emails to join one website after another.
Great move in experience, we are loving it here so far! The resort-style pool and the clubhouse are just spectacular. The apartments feel brand new.

Mold is a problem throughout the community in the AC units, vents, and the shared pool. Ask any tenant who lives there. One resident in another building has an ongoing roach problem that has not been resolved despite complaining to manager Michelle. There have been small improvements made to the gym area but unfortunately the spider cracked mirror remains. Very overpriced for the amenities. No area for children to play which causes them to use the pool 24/7 including night hours when it’s “closed” no life guard on duty ever is a surprise. Looking forward to moving since nothing has changed for the better.

Very nice neighborhood close to sooo much to do like beaches, downtown, amenities are sooo fun the pool is very beautiful and relaxing it gives resort vibes. The apartment is comfortable and relaxing. The ensley is a 5 star living for sure

The Ensley is a good place to live. The staff is friendly. The community is conveniently located near lots of restaurants, shopping and very close to the interstate. The package situation is one of the biggest issues for me at this complex. I never know if it will be at my door (not usual), in my mailbox, or in the big unorganized pile on the ground in the package room. There are copious rules and communications which some are helpful but sometimes it is overkill and adds stress to living here. Such as when maintenance is banging on my door waking me up on my day off. I do like the apartment itself but it is in my opinion; overpriced. The office and maintenance staff are usually nice in person. I will say the only way to get in contact with the office staff is to physically go inside as they do not answer the phone, call you back, or answer your emails if you are already a resident.

The Ensley Sarasota is an exceptional living experience, but they're still recovering from the effects of the last hurricane season. Isela and the other members of the management team are truly great, but they have their hands full with cleanup.

Overall great. However, PLEASE turn off the loud music in the gym. It's so disruptive and I dread going to the gym now. Almost everyone has their own headphones and listens to their own music. We either have to put up with the loud music or override it without own music on the headphone which is so damaging to the ears.

The place used to be kept so clean, unfortunately that is no longer the case. The pool is by a nature preserve and it looked lovely at the beginning, now there is so much more plants around the pool only attracting more snakes. The door to the mail room has been broken at least 18 months. Not to mention the chaos in the mail room The gates since the last year. The door to the recreation room is now broken too. Not to mention that part of the entrance was replaced with plastic instead of glass

Its people like Alex and Luis that make this a community worth living in. They are the most friendly, inviting, caring, and helping maintenance professionals that I have had the pleasure of knowing. I cannot say the same for the management as they really let this "What should be beautiful community down." This place has so much incredible potential that the management just neglects. Alex and Luis are a big part of the reason that we stay.

Good place to live. I wish they could’ve gotten the gates fixed and some of the hurricane damage repaired a bit quicker but we have been seeing progress so that’s what matters! Maintenance guys Alex and Luis are quick to help with anything we need and always super nice!

My experience as a resident has been great overall. The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the management team is always helpful and responsive. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were taken care of quickly. I feel safe here, and I really appreciate how clean and organized everything is. great so far amenity wise. only thing to mention is the package room and how available our packages are to other people just sitting there in an unlocked room. the gates open also feel unsafe.

Amenities and advertised services fall short on delivery promise and resident accessibility. WiFi in club house unreliable and inconsistently broadcasted. Billiard table only open during working hours, pool consistently closed and unmonitored. Rules are not enforced. Gate still malfunctioning and some residents using covered garages as business assets, running a construction company from a single car garage.

The application process is a nightmare. I’m still trying to complete my sign in process. The parcel room is a nightmare. Parcels everywhere and trying to locate a parcel is not easy. I go for walks with my dog and people don’t pick up their dog poop. Behind building 12 is really bad. It’s a beautiful complex and I’m extremely happy in my apartment. The office stafffare very helpful and friendly.

The place is not maintained very well in the past several months due to new management. Gates are still broken after last Hurricane which was 4 months ago. The pool has not been maintained. All of the amenities we pay for are not being maintained or able to use like the pool. Disappointed !!
