Love it here so far. The maintenance is great, the girls in the front office help with whatever I need, and the amenities are top notch. We are very comfortable here. It feels safe and secure
Such a great place to live. My only complaint is, they are still need fixes from the hurricane in October. Isela in the leasing office is super friendly and helpful. The community event that she throws her so much fun wish there were more.
The Ensley Sarasota is an exceptional living experience, but they're still recovering from the effects of the last hurricane season. Isela and the other members of the management team are truly great, but they have their hands full with cleanup.

Overall great. However, PLEASE turn off the loud music in the gym. It's so disruptive and I dread going to the gym now. Almost everyone has their own headphones and listens to their own music. We either have to put up with the loud music or override it without own music on the headphone which is so damaging to the ears.

The place used to be kept so clean, unfortunately that is no longer the case. The pool is by a nature preserve and it looked lovely at the beginning, now there is so much more plants around the pool only attracting more snakes. The door to the mail room has been broken at least 18 months. Not to mention the chaos in the mail room The gates since the last year. The door to the recreation room is now broken too. Not to mention that part of the entrance was replaced with plastic instead of glass

Good place to live. I wish they could’ve gotten the gates fixed and some of the hurricane damage repaired a bit quicker but we have been seeing progress so that’s what matters! Maintenance guys Alex and Luis are quick to help with anything we need and always super nice!

great so far amenity wise. only thing to mention is the package room and how available our packages are to other people just sitting there in an unlocked room. the gates open also feel unsafe.

Amenities and advertised services fall short on delivery promise and resident accessibility. WiFi in club house unreliable and inconsistently broadcasted. Billiard table only open during working hours, pool consistently closed and unmonitored. Rules are not enforced. Gate still malfunctioning and some residents using covered garages as business assets, running a construction company from a single car garage.
The application process is a nightmare. I’m still trying to complete my sign in process. The parcel room is a nightmare. Parcels everywhere and trying to locate a parcel is not easy. I go for walks with my dog and people don’t pick up their dog poop. Behind building 12 is really bad. It’s a beautiful complex and I’m extremely happy in my apartment. The office stafffare very helpful and friendly.

The place is not maintained very well in the past several months due to new management. Gates are still broken after last Hurricane which was 4 months ago. The pool has not been maintained. All of the amenities we pay for are not being maintained or able to use like the pool. Disappointed !!

The Ensley is a great place to live. It's close to shopping, dining and Benderson Park. The amenities at The Ensley are like those of a resort! You can't go wrong here.

I have lived at The Ensley for 4 1/2 years. The office staff and Maintenance staff are all wonderful. The staff does a good job of hosting socials and getting the community to come together and get to know their neighbors. The community is a nice community but could use some upgrades to the amenities. Also, it is a gated community and most of the gates that allow access to the community are broken or do not work. All in all it is a good place to call home.

The community living could be kept up better. Many amenities continue to be broken and not fixed in timely matter. This is not a green community as once advertised. No recycling is available. Pets are not picked up after. Breezeway’s are not kept clean or residents are not fined for violations. Some lanais are trashed and not pleasing to see. For the cost of rent here it’s like living in a lower cost apartment rental. People are nice it’s just not a higher class of community if that is what you are looking for.

Overall a good place to live. However, the damages from the hurricane have been very slow to recover. It has been over 4 months with nothing getting fixed. The amenity spaces are decent but it is missing a hot tub. The staff is great and loves doing contests and activities. Maintenance on your own apartment are also quick and efficient.

The fireplace is not working and nobody is not fixing it for a long time. I would love to see the common areas in better shape. Great community, lots of beautiful amenities. The pool is heated and there is a hammock as well that is relaxing, but still have a lot repairs to make after the last hurricane.

Maintenance is good inside the apartments. Response time on work prders between 24 to 48 hrs. Landacaping off my lanai needs attention. We could use roving security.

Place is in bad care, dirty, gym in bad condition and hurricane related repairs are taking way too long. Nothing from the hurricane has been repaired at this point.

overall a great experience. the new staff is super friendly. only complaint is there is dog poop all over the side walks and when stuff breaks it takes a bit to fix.

Apartment and location is great. The pool is amazing. However, my apartment has had issue after issue with the utilities in unit. They get fixed, it’s just extremely inconvenient. I’ve only been here for about 4 months.

I have lived at the Ensley for over 4 years. The staff at the Ensley is always responsive and helpful. Overall, my only complaint living here is that in recent years, the other residents tend to be noisy and don't always follow the community guidelines, but that's to be expected in apartment living.

Hard to reach front desk at times; constantly sent to voicemail. Paying for gate that is still not in use. Also paying for trash pick up with an unsure schedule

Living in this complex is a unique experience, everything in order and clean, very quiet and comfortable. I recommend it 100% the organization within the department is not a problem there is enough space for everything.
