The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Enclave
Maintenance was quick with any issue we had, wonderful front desk staff, no issues with moving in or moving out. Sometimes the apartment even hosted a free food truck for the residents. Drive to Tyndall was not too bad. The price is amazing when compared to other apartments closer to base for the quality of living you get. I would recommend the Enclave to anyone who was interested.
I love the ladies in the office. They are as sweet as could be! This place is beautiful and all redone. I've never had any major problems. The only problem I've ever had was a light bulb went out in the ceiling and maintenance was here the next morning fixing it for me. There are food trucks here ALL the time! They sometimes have events between the different sister properties that has prizes, games, food trucks, etc. As far as my apartment itself... I love it! Only thing I don't care for is that I wish I wasn't on the 3rd floor. But that's not a big deal.

I cant say enough to highlight the amazing experience that my family and I have living in this complex. I will start with the staff, the ladies in the front office are extremely responsive and communicate any issues regularly with all of the residents. They are all knowledgeable and friendly. The maintenance team is second to none. They are expedient, friendly, approachable, steadfast, and great at their jobs. The apartments are very well maintained and the rates for rental items, mounting, and rent are very reasonable. I love the space and the many events that the complex coordinates with the residents. The staff have truly made this complex a family friendly community.

Mold on my ceiling, more water coming in. ZERO insulation between floors... EVERY footstep above me, I hear. Fireplace is in crooked, ceiling isn’t all painted the same color, door to patio has a gap, light switch is wired wrong and doesn’t work. The staff and maintenance people are great... but definitely NOT LUXURY or worth the price. Save your money and rent a house instead.

I had a water leak under the foundation of my Apt. The ladies in the front office expedited the repair, and took care of everything seamlessly. Todd, you assured me you would take care of my personal belongings as if they were yours. You are a man of your word! and A special thanks to Dallas and Jason, for the extra steps taken for this repair. It shows the pride you take in your job and the community at The Enclave! Tina
I feel so fortunate to call the Enclave my home. There is every amenity you can hope for, right here in this complex. The landscaping is beautiful every season. I'm glad to find somewhere that accepts our fur family as well. The first apartment we were in wasn't right for our lifestyle, but the attentive staff made sure we were 100% satisfied. They made the move in between apartments painless. Everyone really makes you feel like family because of how much the staff cares. I've recommended these apartments to my own friends and family. ~Sam
Personally I have found the staff to be friendly amd dedicated to fixing any problem that may arise. We have discovered many problems. We know the people who lived here before us were elderly, at least one was, and we dont think they kept the place up well. So we have found things that you wouldnt expect to be issues. As soon as each thing was found the staff either fixed it directly or got a contractor who could. They are very fast with their response time and very helpful. The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you have renters insurance when you move in. We have had 3 floods in the last month from indoor plumbing issues. 2 should/could have been prevented with maintenance. The 3rd was solely caused by an irresponsible neighbor. Also sometimes neighbors dont follow the pet rules such as leash and poop disposal. If you discover someone breaking the rules the staff handles it but most of the time the poop bandits strike at night. But honestly its a great place to live. They helped us so much before we even moved in. They are friendly and fast to respond. They even make a fuss over my dog all the time. They have great events every month. The residents are friendly. We get texts about major issues affecting the complex. The facebook page gives you information on every event as well as fun information and posts from staff. Seriously its a great place and in a great location.
The Enclave is a great place to live. The complex is well maintained, great staff, and is pet friendly.
These are very nice, modern apartments with great pool and kept up grounds. However, once moving in we stRted seeing lots of poor work. Paint splatters all over the floors-I'm not exaggerating. The master bath had crack between tub n shower not sealed propey and it had mold just falling out. I reported It never to be fixed. The ice maker never worked despite reports made-never fixed. There's paint coming off the hall bathtub! Why paint it? It's ugly. The stove hood is nkt exhausting outside-back into room. Overall it was really nice but definitely not worth the $. Basically they "bandaid" everythkng. And as soon as our lease was up and we decided to buy a house/then the rent jumps up!! The. The fees start coming in. $75 to shampoo carpet?! I DID a better job than they did when we moved In! There were threatened fees of $25/bag garbage left by door. Well excuse me we were moving and accumulated junk and we couldn't take off at that moment. And neighbors dogs and smoking were horrible problem. All nice people around there though but I think office staff are fake. I never did communicate unless I had to. Grounds were nice and kept up tho. Safe place. Mainly just overpriced, over feed and poorly fixed and maintained.
