The Enclave at Riverdale

Mrs. Sikethia did an excellent job by providing great customer service and showing me around the property. The one thing that stood out to me the most about her was her honesty. She kept it ?? in a very professional and respectful manner. I also like how the property manager keeps the community in the loop by offering monthly crime awareness classes. That alone really let's me know that they care about their residence. To The Enclave At Riverdale staff--It's more than a job and collecting rent. They treat their residence like family. ? I am very pleased with my apartment as well. ??

The staff here is freaking awesome! I was facing some pretty steep challenges given today Economy and was not having the best of luck. However, Miss Zakeithia, Gabriel, Shalette helped my situation tremendously! The ladies went over and beyond to meet my family’s needs, we now have some peace of mind. I appreciate the leasing staff and I am super excited about my new neighborhood :)

I’ll start by saying the actual complex is quiet, as for the surrounding area.. questionable. The landscaping is pretty good and well kept. Okay customer service and that’s where the good ends. As for the apartments themselves? If you like seeing roaches, apply here! You can tell they are old and very cheap “upgrades” were done. Cabinets are old as dirt and falling apart. The only thing they will do is paint over them. I’m positive upper management would NOT live like this. Absolutely NOTHING luxury about these apartments despite how the model home looks. Only good for a roof over your head. Paper thin walls as well, I heard my neighbors arguing almost every night. Way too overpriced for these issues, hate to leave a bad review but please save your time and money!!! Money hungry company that does not care about actual living conditions..I guarantee you you will find something better for the rent they charge in a better area. Your welcome in advance

Mrs. Alice is amazing awesome. She takes her time with the people to make sure you get a clear understanding. The building itself is super clean the staff is super friendly and very helpful. Mrs Alice and I both have daughters that graduate this year and we’re both super excited about there future!!! Thank you so much??

They made my process to get approved and moved in as smooth as possible. Other places weren't as accommodating, but they were very welcoming!

Ms. Alice was absolutely awesome ! I love the apartments and she was very helpful during the whole move in process !! Happy I choose the Enclave at Riverdale !! My kids love it as well !! Our apartments is very spacious !

This community comes highly recommended every time I come into the office there’s always fresh cookies and refreshments available it always smells good in my opinion of the leasing staff is amazing!??

Needed an apartment in less than 2 weeks and the support given was unmatched. Got to work with Alice and she made sure she was always available and gave as much as help as possible. Within these two weeks she was able to get all information into the system and our application in and processed. Couldn't of asked for a better person to work with.

Amazing place too live. Lived here for three years management has changed one and even still the service has been great. With special events thought out the year including pool parties this place is never boring.

I was very stressed about moving and Gabby calmed me down and make the process very smooth and easy! I am so excited and looking forward to my new place! The apartments are very nice and I want to thank you Gabby for all your help and going over and beyond for me and my family!

The Enclave at Riverdale is where I call home. Being that I am from Florida and relocated here 10 months ago for work. I am honored to call this home. The Staff has been amazing. Anytime there has been any issues or concerns Gabrielle has been on top of it. She is very professional and courteous. And is an absolute pleasure to work with. AJ. Sinclair

I hated it here..the bugs was horrible and the units are poorly put together...they charge you upgrade fees but it’s not...lord don’t get on the staff bad side they become real petty and it’s not worth the prices to live here AT ALL...u complain about the bugs and they say it’s because there are a lot of trees outside...BULL not to mention the criminal activities that goes on I was here for 3 years and I saw police arrest at least 6 people swat style...don’t waste your time

With so many apartment choices in the Atlanta area to choose from, it can make your decisions very tough, but I can honestly say that I know I chose one of the best places to live. I’ve never experienced any type of disappointment since I’ve been living here (close to 2 years now) and I trust that the leasing staff is continually improving the community day in and day out. It’s so peaceful, quiet and secure. I love it here.!

At first I thought I was going to love my apartment but right from start my apartment was poorly renovated sloppy paint, bugs, cracks in walls. I have tried to work with the staff to get things fixed but I get brushed off every time. They make you pay for pest control yet every week I ask and I'm still seeing pests! I can't live like this it's too much for me??

I have lived here for 2.5 years and recently I have seen a huge improvement to how quick things are getting repaired. I called in a problem with AC and another issue and when i came home from work both issues were fixed!!! I'm impressed normally it takes 3-4 days to even get a response. Kudos to the maintenance repair crew for your prompt attention!! You guys rock!!!

The Enclave at Riverdale Rocks under the Management of Alona and her Amazing Staff Totally Awesome Upgrades! Landscaping State of the art fitness room and of course their Excellent Maintenance staff I have lived here nearly four years and have witness a totally transformation. I am proud to call The Enclave at Riverdale My Home!!!

i love my place here at the enclave friendly staff and helpful spacious living space and great amenities. Also near shopping centers ill be renewing my lease when the time comes

The Enclave, or formally known as the Rivermont, are not the worst i have stayed in but they are not the best ESPECIALLY for the prices they are asking for the rent. Their management is a joke, its like everyday is their first day working, they are not on time for ANYTHING, and do not like to help you. I wouldn't even recommend these apartments to people i DONT like.

These apartments used to be safe not anymore. Ever since new management things have been down hill. Money going into making apartments look better, when there is no safety. If things break it doesn't get fixed. Also no concern for those who have been their for a while. Not direct when it comes to sending out letters to inform units of changes. Totally a horrible place to stay.....

Maintenance sucks.never fix things on time my roommate left because of them so I had to leave. Kia and the head lady dont care about no one. Brittany was the only one who did what she was suppose to do.

There are ups and downs with this apartments. There aren't any annoying kids for it to be so close an high school. Takes a while for things to get fixed but I have Ben told be management that they are extremely under staffed.

It's conveniently located near the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The apartment is hidden in a pocket of College Park, which makes me feel safe. I love the design of the apartment and the spaciousness of it, all the while being at an affordable price. Since the apartment buildings are located in a lot of brush, there are a lot of bugs in the summer. The management is very nice and they're pretty quick in taking care of maintenance. I am lucky to have good neighbors - I'm sure I will renew my lease here.

I can truly say that the apartments are alright, still needs fixing up to do. Better than the last apartment previous of these. Affordable. Has a 24/7 Gym Room and Laundry Room. Nice Size Pool for the community. Nice Size Area in Kitchen for Washer and Dryer Hook Up. Public Schools close to apartments. Monday through Friday Security Guards walk and watch to keep the community safe. Down the street from the Hartsfield Intl. Airport in Atlanta. Quik Trip and other gas stations down the street. Fast Foods available such as McDonalds, Checkers, Independent Restaurants. Marta Bus Stops. Very convenient.
