Property Ratings at The Enclave at Elmerton
The staff seems nice, the location is great, the layout of the unit is great. However, the walls are thin, and you can hear your neighbor. The appliances that were shown to me is not what I have in my unit. I wish this was told to me before I moved in. This is a huge disappointment. You have to lay on the floor to use the broiler on the stove. The bathroom with just a shower is horrible, they should have added a door or something to keep the water from getting on the floor, and some of the doors inside do not shut correctly. Maintenance responds quickly to your request; the landscaping is well maintained and at night it is beautiful.
