The Enclave at Box Hill

We moved here around 8 months ago. Its a well maintained and nice place to live. Maintenance is pretty responsive and nice, and the amenities and activities they offer are great too.

This has been by far the best experience I've had, as far as apartment living. Thank you Barbara for your professionalism, as well as making each part of the process such a smooth transition. Believe it or not this place definitely deserves 5 stars!

When my wife and I moved to the Enclave in December 2020 we were greeted by Barbara. Since then we have felt very welcomed, at home and safe. Barbara still takes good care of us. An amazing staff and community!

I’ve been living at the Enclave at Box Hill for three years, and it’s truly a wonderful place to call home. The community is great, the amenities are top-notch, and the management and maintenance teams have been outstanding. They always go the extra mile to address any concerns or issues quickly, and it’s clear they genuinely care about making residents' experiences as smooth as possible. I’m especially impressed by Bozzuto’s commitment to both its clients and employees. One thing that stands out is their thoughtful policy of giving staff Sundays off, which is rare in the industry. In a time when weekend availability is often expected, it’s refreshing to see a company that values work-life balance.

Enclave at Boxhill is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The amenities are unmatched, maintenance requests are completed the day they are submitted, and the staff is helpful and friendly. I couldn’t recommend Enclave at Boxhill more!

The property was very neat and quieter than most of the places we visited. It’s is spacious and love the Den. Barbara was super cool to us which made us moved in within a matter of days

I enjoyed living here, if I didn’t buy a house me and my family would still be there! The office staff is was always so helpful and nice. Maintenance was fast and efficient! Always on top of things.The community always had a food truck or some kind of activity going on. Thank you all for amazing experience.

I have been providing services to this property as a vendor for about 2 years. It is always a pleasure to call on the community. Vernon and his maintenance staff keep the property in tip-top shape and quickly address anything in their purview. The Property manager Michelle and the office staff are always friendly, welcoming and willing to go out of their way to help with any issues. If you are in the markaet for a new home please make sure you check out Enclave at Box Hill, you will not be disappointed! Barbara from the moment we first met her made my husband and I feel very at home and comfortable with choosing the Enclave as our next home. Barbara went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and was so patient with me in trying to determine which unit I wanted to call home. The amenities and friendliness of the staff at Enclave can't be beat!

I'm giving 5 stars because anything less would not be accurate. The Enclave is beautiful and all about quality. My experience from the day I walked into the leasing office for a tour has exceeded my expectations. Barbara was fantastic to work with and I feel that she was a partner from day one and that's just what I needed. The rest of the team is top notch as well and my place I am staying feels like I'm staying at a 5- star luxury apartment. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful, and the other tenants seem to be happy as well. Trust me, you should at least get the tour. Dan M.

I worked with Barbara and I couldn't have asked for an easier process. I called to confirm availability viewed the unit and had an approval letter the same day. I was able to start moving 5 days later. Hoping the stay that I have is just as pleasant as the signing process

Based on the world of troubled times locally and globally it’s a pleasure to escape to a place called Enclave Box Hill in Abingdon, Maryland. Enclave Box Hill is a village or town within an apartment and townhouse complex filled with ambience and amenities. Enclave Box Hill makes my little world a different world that is a good world

We have been here almost 6 years and it has become such a wonderful home! The location is absolutely perfect with easy access to 95, and shopping and dining all within walking distance. The space and amenities for the rent is incredibly well-priced, and the neighborhood as a whole is so well maintained. Every member of the staff and maintenance takes pride in working here and it definitely shows! Also- everyone deserves amazing kudos for keeping amenities open safely during COVID, and the office staff has done a great job of scheduling food trucks. virtual events, and limited workout classes for resident events.

We lived at EBH when they first opened and are moving back as we transition to our new home. The staff is amazing. Krystal (manager) goes above and beyond for the tenants. The maintenance team is prompt and polite. The grounds are pristine and perfect for a young family with a large pool, playground, and dog park. Walkable to the YMCA, Wegmans, and Panera. The best part of the community is the events the staff organize. There’s always something going on to entice the tenants to enjoy their complex whether it be a food truck, movie night, or breakfast to go. --

I lived here for a little over 3 years. The apartments are spacious, beautiful, and have great amenities. The location is perfect. If I was not PCSing I would have stayed here longer.

As we approach our five year anniversary here at the Enclave, we are thrilled to call this community home! The staff, maintenance crew and other community members make this a great place to live. The amenities they offer gym, pool, fire pit, dog park and pub room make it a happy and fun place to call home. We loved living at the Enclave at Box Hill! The clubhouse, pool, and common areas are gorgeous and well-maintained. The staff is extremely responsive and helpful. Apartments were spacious, clean and safe. Loved the walking trail and the pool! Great location, really close to Wegman's! Can't recommend highly enough!

I have lived in the townhomes here at Enclave for almost 2 years with my family and we love it! Grilling by the pool in the summer and the kids playing on the playground are probably our most favorite amenities offered here. The staff really makes you feel at home and I would recommend living here over and over again!

I moved here after living in a residential home for 30+ years and I have found it to be more than I expected. All residents are friendly and respectful of each other. The maintenance staff works tirelessly to keep the property looking pristine. I have found the apartments to be very quiet with ample storage. The neighboring stores and amenities are too numerous to name. It is so convenient to I95 and the heart of Bel Air. Let this be your new home, you will not be disappointed.

We have lived at the Enclave since it opened in 2015. I love it here and our apartment is great. The amenities are awesome. We use the dog park and walking trails daily. In the summer, we visit the pool and cook on grills often. The staff is friendly and helpful. The office, maintenance and cleaning staff have all been wearing masks and going the extra mile to keep things clean during the covid-19 pandemic. Our family feels very safe in the community.

My fiancé, fur child, and myself have been living here for over a year now. We are more than happy with this place and the management / staff. The spacious apartments and gorgeous grounds make this an amazing place to call home.

I lived at Enclave for about a year and I regret moving! The property is very well kept and is in a convenient location that is close to 95, Wegman’s, YMCA, and other restaurants and shops. It is tucked away so it’s a fairly quiet community. All the neighbors are very friendly, so it’s easy to feel right at home and make friends. The staff is the best apartment staff I’ve ever had. They are very attentive to my needs and resolve issues as quickly as possible. Krystal, the property manager cares for the property and her tenants and she is very approachable. If you are looking to move in the Bel Air/Abingdon area I highly suggest that Enclave make it to the top of your list.
