My neighbor has 2 huge pit bulls who are very aggressive..I don’t know how they can allow such dangerous dogs to be here around children. One of my neighbors was attacked and no one helped
They renovated but it honestly was a mediocre job. Pest control has visited twice and sprayed but its to no avail. Its so gross. Im almost out of my lease and i am ecstatic! For the amount you'll pay here you can rent a nice house, just saying
All of the apartment buildings are infested with roaches inside and out. They are doing renovations over this issue and all it’s doing is pushing those roaches to the other units around them. It’s so bad they would need to tent if you ask a current resident to move their fridge I promise you will have a panic attack. The building needs tented and there is no fitness area. The pool was down for months. I would just save your money and go elsewhere for this amount you can get far more with no roaches.

No one ever answers the phone calls or return a message. Really shows no care or professionalism.

At first I was on the fence about renting here because of the complaints I have heard in the past. Honestly, you always have to try things out for yourself. The new property manager Yudy has made a great improvement in such a short amount of time. She is very reasonable. I absolutely love my apartment too the rooms are spacious, lots of closet space, and it is fairly quiet so far. Overall, I am satisfied, and will be here until I purchase my first home.
I love to live here!! Nice apartments and good location, the new manager is super nice and knowledge. She is keeping the property in good shape and works with you in all the possible ways to make you feel comfortable and happy. Thumb up for this community. Way to go!!!!
i liked very much this property and the location, very close from shops, restaurants and banks. Very well maintained, The lady in the office was super nice and explained everything in detail. Awesome customer service. I will apply and make Palm Vista Apartments my future home.
