Ferry Pass sits squarely on the eastern side of Northeast Pensacola and is bisected by Interstate 10. The southern section of Ferry Pass is largely comprised of the Pensacola International Airport. The area surrounding Pensacola International Airport consists of a mix of cozy single-family homes and manicured apartment complexes. Ferry Pass is just seven miles northeast of the city center, and the area provides easy bridge access to the scenic Escambia Bay. Situated on the Gulf of Mexico, Northeast Pensacola, much like the rest of the city, is a beach lover's dream. There’s a diverse rental market here, and the landscape is dotted with restaurants and shops of all types.

Property Ratings at The Emory
The units are old but updated, staff acts like children if you say anything that may challenge them. They do “random inspections” when you upset them. They try to find any reason to write you up and get you out of the complex. The units are roach infested, damages are just painted over and peel later. This place is an absolute nightmare. Rent is extremely high for a trash apartment complex.
Renter's Remorse is absolutely correct. My apartment was also entered without written notice or permission by 2 cable/internet guys . My personal belongs were moved, and they even knocked over my internet providers modem to put theirs in the wall socket. I removed it immediately and took it by the office. All management did was make excuses instead of admitting their mistake. Rent is also way over priced.
This place is a joke, it's ran by a woman who acts like a child anytime you try to bring anything up regarding anything to do with the apartment or policies. They never notify any of the tennants anytime there's any work being done or if anyone needs to enter a unit. They simply feel it is ok to knock and enter whether there is an answer or not. A cable worker entered my apartment when my wife was asleep and my dog freaked out so they left, but it completely terrified my wife, I mean have you seen the news these days. The water for our entire building was turned off for hours once with no notice at all. If you try to call to express any feelings about it she just reverts blame anywhere she can to avoid the issue. The apartments themselves aren't that bad, with the exception of paper thin walls. I can literally hear complete conversations happening outside my apartment. If you decide on this place good luck with the office, completely unprofessional.
This apartment complex is not that great but I guess you get what you pay for. The staff at the main office are all really nice, but the units themselves are old and don't seem to be that well kept. No matter how much or how often I cleaned there always seemed to be bugs even though they offer free pest control. At the moment there is only one cable/internet company available at this complex and they had the worst customer service department I have even delt with in my entire life. I spent many weeks unable to do anything online because they couldn't be reliable. I've lived here for almost a year but I'm glad to be moving soon.
