Just moved in a week ago and I have to say that this is one of the best apartments that I ever lived in before for the price. The staff and maintenance crew are super responsive and helpful. We have seen very high end apartments before and lived in some and this apartment is equivalent to one of those and better. And the rent is super affordable for the type of units these are.

I have been living for a little over 2 weeks now and i love it. The apartment is spacious, modern and well lit! The apartment gym and pool are immaculate. I love the walking trail near the park — i use it daily! It’s quiet, safe and clean here. The leasing office and maintenance team have both been wonderful and address any concerns promptly! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a home!

The Elliott apartments are truly luxurious! All apartments claim this but upon first entry and greeting you will know the difference . Each leasing agent works as a team , not competitive, and exhibits knowledge, patience and integrity. I like that there are elevators and many dog stations with a supply of bags and trash can . The pool is second to none, and the fitness center can replace a fitness enthusiasts gym membership. I suppose that I have neighbors but I rarely hear them and I’m on the third floor. Lastly the maintenance colleagues are friendly , thorough and experts.

I can not wait to see this community once it opens in March! The location is great and tucked off of the main road which makes it feel more private, they have so many great amenities to offer AND a heated salt water pool! Wow! This community is stunning already! I am so excited to have such quality housing coming to the Connerton area of Land O' Lakes!
