The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Element
Let's just start with, I have stayed in a poor-quality complex before and would move back there in a heartbeat over this place. This "luxury" apartment complex is a complete joke. The fridge needs defrosted all the time, all of my condiments froze, poor water pressure, poor management, poor Maintenace, and not to mention OVERPRICED apartments. But- All of this was something I could look over, UNTIL I moved out and got SCREWED completely! They make you pay to have your apartment cleaned on move out. If not, you get charged outrageous prices. I paid two $300 cat deposits, plus my $200 security deposit, PLUS, $200 for them to clean my apartment so I could move out. THEN I get a bill from them for $271 to replace my "carpet" (which was maybe 2 feet in the closet). They are saying that my cat deposit doesn't cover that. WHY DO WE HAVE TO PUT A PET DEPOSIT DOWN THEN IF IT DOESNT COVER DAMAGES??? THAT IS WHAT A PET DEPOSIT IS FOR!!! I left my apartment in beautiful condition, paid rent on time, was a quiet and perfect tenant. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They either need to go out of business or start conducting their business the right way. Disgusting.
Maintenance Guy thinks he owns the property and use profanity a lot. Before moving here speak to anyone who lives in this community. Just avoid the complex if you wanna save headache.
They see tenants as a transaction , don’t care how long you lived here they’ll be quick to evict you if you only been late paying rent one time and a day late. And the water never works pressure is always low through out the day
3 months of continuous AT&T bills, a fridge that i have to defrost once every two months, no water pressure for 2 months, management sucks. Its a new group of money running the place but still the same staff inside the building. Won’t renew and will not recommend.
